I pray you’re right but fear you’re wrong. Too many Americans have had their brains turned to mush by either the bread (”entitlements”, by any name) or the circuses (pop “culture”). Some of us would rather die on our feet than live on our knees, and I wonder how many of even those have considered if they really mean it.

OK you Maine citizens! It’s time for a recall!!!!! NOW!!! Start it before the House gets this bill, so they know what we will do to those who mortgage our children’s behavior.

What happened with Maine? I always thought of the true “New England” type as being very self-reliant.
