'Sanctions' sought in President's Eligibility case

A high-powered team of Los Angeles attorneys representing President Obama in his effort to keep his birth certificate, college records and passport documents concealed from the public has suggested there should be "monetary sanctions" against a lawyer whose clients have brought a complaint alleging Obama doesn't qualify for the Oval Office under the Constitution's demand for a "natural born" citizen in that post.

The suggestion came in an exchange of e-mails and documents in a case brought by former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others in California. The case originally sought to have the state's electors ordered to withhold their votes for Obama until his eligibility was established. Since his inauguration, it has been amended to seek a future requirement for a vetting process, in addition to the still-sought unveiling of Obama's records.

WND has reported on multiple legal challenges that have alleged Obama does not meet the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

This is about Obama's Occidental College records.

If he registered as Barry Soetoro, Indonesian, he's toast. Remember, Anna filed for divorce from Lolo Soetoro on June 15th, 1980. The divorce was granted on August 28th, 1980, took effect on November 5th, 1980, and closed on November 26,1988.

Obama entered Occidental in September, 1979. Lolo Soetoro was most likely still his legal step-father and Barry was most likely still a citizen of Indonesia.

The key -- did Lolo legally adopt Barry?

We know that only citizens of Indonesia were allowed to attend state-operated schools, and Barry attended Besuki Primary School -- a state school. It explains why Barry initially had to attend the expensive and private, Catholic, Fransiskus Assisi school, where he would have had to pay, until the adoption took effect and he could transfer to the tuition-free, state school.

We know that U.S. Congressman Eni Faleomavaega (D -- American Samoa) was in Jakarta, Indonesia, in July 2007. He had a private meeting with Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Barnabas Suebu, the governor for the Indonesian province of Papau. In the meeting, Faleomavaega asked to travel to Obama's childhood school (Besuki).

According to An American Expat in Southeast Asia's Indonesian sources, "officials" who accompanied Faleomavaega were interested in acquiring any and all documentation or photographs of a young Barry Soetoro for America's "national archives" and they were offering cash, lots of it. In a show of faith, Barack Obama's childhood school would be one of the very first beneficiaries of this outpouring receiving thousands of dollars to upgrade the school and for the purchase of computer equipment, thanks in part to the benevolence of this visiting junket.

The challenge of course was securing Indonesian government records potentially damaging to Barack Obama's candidacy for the U. S. presidency as well as other records pertaining to a young Barry Soetoro and his family. These records wouldn't be so easy to acquire and secure, and for this, the visitors would need the assistance and cooperation of the Indonesian government.

So, with his Indonesian records buried, his Occidental College application and transcript could reveal Obama's status in 1979.

What qualifies one as 'legal step-father'? Obama's mother and Soetoro separated in 1972 and divorced in 1980. If you attach some other meaning to it then I'd be curious to know what.

I wonder if it's not the citizenship which is the issue for him, it's the withholding. He talks about being a citizen of the world, it might show he is an American. It was Democrats that opened this can of worms. It all started when they tried to challenge John McCain’s legitimacy to run because he was born out of the country. John McCain produced his birth certificate. There is still some squabbling going on about that. McCain was born in a private hospital in Panama, not in the military base hospital. However, we do know he was born out of the country because his father was serving in the US Navy.

With Obama’s arrogance, why if he were born in Hawaii just release the information to rub our noses in it. I find it very disheartening that this has gone this far.

Being a mere citizen, I cannot fathom how a Judge can say that a citizen does not have grounds to know if the person running for President of OUR country is legitimate!

Let’s say he wins and he produces his birth certificate, and it proves that he is an Amercian citizen only “Barack Hussein Obama” is not his real name. Let say for instance his real name is “Stanley Dunham Soetoro”, or “Barry Toot Soetoro” Are those suing for his records then liable for a other defenses his lawyers may be challenged with as a result of the exposed fraud?

Perhaps this is what they are after, a sort of MAD (mutually assured destruction) shield from which to hide his records behind similar to the threats he made against McCain and Hillary during the campaign.
