An Oakland, California, pastor could face jail time for expressing his pro-life views.
Pastor Walter Hoye ran into trouble with an abortion clinic while doing an informational picket. Dennis Howard, leader of The Movement for a Better America, believes Hoye is innocent.
"His approach was simply to carry a sign that said 'Jesus Loves You. Can We Help?' and offering those who wanted it some information about alternatives to abortion," Howard explains.
A complaint was filed and Hoye was found guilty in spite of proof to the contrary. "There was a video taken of him doing this, and it shows that he was not harassing anybody," Howard points out. "In fact, he was being harassed by escorts from the abortion clinic."
Pastor Hoye faces up to two years in jail and a $4,000 fine. Howard is calling Christians into action. "We feel that pro-life organizations around the country ought to take up this man's cause and pray and fast between now and February 19," he concludes.
That is when Hoye is due to be sentenced.

I remember a few years back when I actually was happy to live in the USA. There was a time. It really was a great place.

Matter of fact, there are some excellent pro-life lawyers who work pro bono, and who help out in cases like this. Thomas More Society, Life Legal Defense Foundation, American Center for Law and Justice, and others.
But they rely on charitable donations, and those are down this past year because of the financial crisis.
Meanwhile, the ACLU and the abortionists have been getting hundreds of millions in government funding, and that will go up astronomically under Obama’s leadership. In fact, it already has, with the passage of the Porkulus bill.
We were winning the battle against the persecutors of peaceful pro-life picketers. Misuse of the RICO laws was starting to fail. But I’m afraid the momentum has now turned the other way again. It’s going to be a hard and painful fight. Police brutality will increase, legal defense will get scarcer, and we may eventually see the reappearance of violence as peaceful protests start to seem useless again.
Prayers for Pastor Hoye and his family.
He needs to file a lawsuit.

If God had dealt with us the way he did with Sodom and Ghomorrah we would have been toast a long time ago. But because of His infinite justice he will punish us in His time and in a matter determined by Him. We shall not escape His wrath.

Guilty of what? Preaching? What a country we've become.
Preaching about Jesus's love for the life of mankind is "bad", but when it comes to the Satanic blood cult of Islam, whose "stripture" violates every law written concerning racism, promoting hatred,murder,rape,genocide and slavery; pedophilia and violence against women and everything else you can think of, is given wide birth, exempted from the "rules" that are being made up every day to stifle any preaching of Christianity, the moral values and system of Laws that this country was founded on.
This proves that the "wrath" has begun, and in fact we are well into this Prophetic period described in the Gospel of Christ. People shouldn't be surprised when what bible prophecy tells us is following becomes reality. And it WILL, because prophecy has never been wrong. It's fulfillment can only be delayed by faith, and faith alone.
"Pray", Jesus said, "that your flight will not occur in winter or on a sabbath. For then there will be great distress such as, until now, since the world began, there never has been, nor ever will be again. "
Despite all those faithless zombies protesting for "peace", while at the same time calling for abhorrent sin to be recognized as "normal" wholesome behavior, there will be no peace, as it they themselves who are bringing about this worlds demise by their preference to reject the light of the Lord, preferring instead to live in the darkness of sin, on a world which was corrupted by sin from the very beginning.

Even those who have faith will wonder why it seems God has abandoned them.
