Alan Keyes, a 2008 presidential candidate who now is a plaintiff in one of the many lawsuits seeking to verify whether Barack Obama qualifies under the U.S. Constitution's requirements to occupy the Oval Office, says the tactics adopted by lawyers for the president confirm there is an issue for the courts to investigate.
Keyes, who was the candidate of the American Independent Party, cited a recent exchange with lawyers representing Obama in which they warned they might seek monetary penalties against those raising the question of Obama's eligibility under the Constitution's requirement that the president be a "natural born" citizen.
"It confirms the common sense suspicion that he won't act forthrightly in this matter because he has something to hide," Keyes wrote on his blog after WND reported the warning about "sanctions" was raised by Obama's defense lawyers.
The onetime U.S. ambassador explained on his posting that those raising questions over Obama's elibigility – so far – have simply been ignored by courts.
"In effect, the courts are refusing to admit plaintiffs on this matter into the courtroom, thereby denying them justice," he wrote. "Madison wrote, 'Justice is the end of government. It is the end of civil society. It will be pursued either until it be obtained or until liberty be lost in the pursuit.'"

Why do I expect the Zero administration to impose some kind of law against questioning a president’s legitimacy or background.
Even if it's providing a ten dollar proof document?
I would think that if there was nothing to hide they'd pony it up real quick. They'd then have more money left over to consume on their lust for power.

Somehow, I’m beginning to wonder if all of this isn’t more about The One’s tuition sources at Occidental College and elsewhere...places where he may well have played the small con by letting the admissions and tuition assistance offices believe that he was a foreign student. If so, it’s not that he’s ineligible to be president under the Constitution. It’s more about the likelihood that he’s a liar and a cheat, and if there’s any justice in all this, it’s because now he has to spend millions in legal fees to prevent anyone knowing that in the 1980s he successfully defrauded some school of a few thousand dollars in tuition assistance money...

No matter what the answer is regarding his BC the next questions begs itself to be answered.
So you are a Natural Born American, well then, tell us about your college loans and admissions. What documents did you use obtain both? Did you claim status as a foreign national to secure your admission to college and dorm with, presumably, two men from similar cultures.
Your college loan as a foreign national would have favorable terms when compared to a “Genuine American”. Did you claim British, Kenyan or Indonesian Citizenship to swindle these loans?
What passport did you use to travel to Pakistan in the 80’s?
In jeopardy, no matter the answer.
But, absolutely cannot allow the BC case to move forward. If the plaintiffs prevail then the setup is to proceed with the examination of citizenship claims at various time during his life.
They will continue to have these suits quashed. But, they cannot succeed at all of them. They may even have developed strategies should a plaintiff succeed in having their claim duly examined.
That's a "tight polite smile" there on Clarence Thomas as he uses Ginsburg for a human shield.
