You’re not doing anyone any favors. you’d do yourself a favor to respond the points made rather than to stifle discussion by attempting to ridicule posters who think the law is important.

I keep hearing that BO has spent millions to suppress his lack of a BC; where has this been documented and where can it be cited? We need to know what law firm is represetnig him in this matter so we are on a firm foundation here.

There is a way to talk about this issue without looking like you are nuts.
However, I must point out, our enemies on the left never seem to worry about looking nuts, and that we should stop worrying so much about it, ourselves.
We should try to avoid petty or personal attacks. We should try to back up our statements with facts.

We have a right to ask for a copy of Obama’s Vault Copy Birth Certificate.
We have a right to ask for a copy of Obama’s passport, and his passport application(s)
We have a right to ask if Obama ever gained admission to any College or University based on his dual-citizenship status or foreign status.
We have a right to ask If Obama ever received any financial aid due to his foreign citizenship status.
We have a right to ask for Obama’s school records, and admission papers, from every school he attended.

Look at the stuff that Republican Presidents were asked to produce. Most of the time, Republican candidates and Republican Presidents grant such requests.

What is the big secret? Why so many secrets?

Grow a pair, conservatives.

We have a RIGHT to ask these questions. They might not have a legal chance of removing Obama, but they lower Obama’s credibility far more than these questions can hurt us.

Obama is famous because of his flim-flam “auto-biographies” -— Obama deserves the same treatment as any other book writer that Oprah endorses, who turns out later to be a fraud.

Squishy, Chicken “conservatives” need to quit wasting THEIR time telling us to drop this issue. We won't. Therefore, it is you wimpy types who are wasting your time.

One other thing: What if we can get a State to REQUIRE a certified copy of an original vault copy birth certificate, before anyone goes on the Presidential Ballot, in that State? We also need to get a State to pass a law saying that no ELECTORS from that State will be given to any candidate who has not met the Birth Cert. requirement.

This would be a great tool to embarrass Obama. Obama has already stated that releasing his actual, vault copy Birth Certificate would embarrass him. Obama, through his attorney, has already told us how we can hurt him -— so LET'S DO IT!

(As stated on other threads, the problem MIGHT be paternity, and not geography.)

At the risk of sounding all mockulatory, I do believe in the rule of law but I don't believe the LA Times does.

I will make this prediction though.

The day after President Sarah Palin takes the oath of office in Jan., 2017, the left-wing media will quietly reveal that they knew all along that Soetoro.....errrr....I mean Obama.....was Constitutionally disqualified from being Present.

Actually, now that I think about it, what the left-wing media will argue is that since Obamalamadingdong is not Constitutionally qualified to be Present, he's not Constitutionally bound to serving only two terms.

Yeah, things are dire and grow ever more so by the day. He may be a bit whack on foreign policy, but unlike almost everyone in DC, Ron Paul actually believes in the Constitution.

Alan Keyes is a very articulate man. He never struck me as being electable, not today, such as we are, but he is a very well spoken, smart guy. I'm glad he has risen to this challenge.

I don’t expect that anything will actually be done about it but it is a part of the whole disaster represented by this fiasco of a government now in office. I don’t see any point in pretending that everything is okay. The fact is we have a constitutionally unqualified man in office.
