There have been a couple of test cases. I think Rock River Armory had one where they got a judge to stand up to the BATFe. Maybe someone else has the link handy, I'd have to go digging for it.

It's been 70+ years of harassment because of the NFA. Ruby Ridge and Waco wouldn't have been possible were it not for the BATFE's unConstitutional exercise of force.

In the Senate it might be close, but only because it will take 60 votes, unless no Republican has the cajones to filibuster it. But I think there will be enough RINOs, of which there are plenty in the Senate, voting for it, to more than offset any Blue Dog Democrats, of which there are not many in the Senate, who vote against it.

Look, the easiest way to bring down the central government and restore state' rights is to cut off its financing. No, you don't need to break the law by becoming a tax rebel, withdraw from the credit system or partake in any other such nonsense.
