One man is in serious condition after a gunman fires shots in downtown Terre Haute.  The shooting is a bizarre set of circumstances. A man walks into a pawn shop, asks to see a shotgun, pulls a shell out of his pocket, loads the gun, and shoots the pawn  shop employee in the head. When 52-year-old Donald E.
