PHOENIX (Reuters) Hit men dressed in fake police tactical gear burst into a home in Phoenix, rake it with gunfire and execute a man.

All the Mormons did was march to California and shoot the bull. Google... Mormon battalion battle of the bulls.
My bet would be that our Government knows EXACTLY where the automatic weapons and explosives are coming from and who is involved.
Don't forget the words of Rahm Emmanuel...
"Never let a serious crisis go to waste."
As we saw with the bail-outs and the stimulus plan, it's amazing how much can be rammed through congress and get enacted without anyone bothering to read any part of the bills, or knowing what's in them.
I remember Wayne LaPierre saying that Bill Clinton was willing to accept a certain level of gun violence for political use. The media (including the dems) ripped him up one side and down the other, but never seemed to actually repudiate what he said. I can see Obama and Holder using this sort of thing to demand the licensing of all gun owners, and the registration of all guns, with a limit on the amount of ammunition one is allowed to buy, plus HUGE excise tax increases in order to fund these new programs.

I know all about it. My Gr. Gr. Grandfather was the “butcher” who slit the bull’s throat. Honest. At least they served when called upon and often w/o pay.
***At least they served when called upon and often w/o pay.***
They served. That is good. Meanwhile, Steak’s on! Toss the hardtack and beans!
Another bull fell wounded near one of the butchers, Robert Harris. He ran over to cut the animals throat but when he bent over the bull sprung to his feet, swung a horn around taking a swipe at Harris head. Instead it caught his butchers cap on the tip and ran off with it.
In the midst of battle Harris was chasing the bull shouting, Stop you thief!
He chased the animal some 75 yards before it gave up the ghost and fell to the ground——and his butchers knife.

He then proceeded on to Sutter’s Fort and worked panning gold, walked across the Sierra Nevada Mtns., across the Salt Flats into Salt Lake City expecting his family to be there. They weren’t, so he walked back to Iowa working as a butcher to round up enough money a wagon to make the trek westward. It is said that he walked a total of 5000 miles. Say what you want, but they don’t make men like that anymore! I am proud to have his blood running through my veins.

Let me pull on my boots and I’ll be right over!
The problem is, why on earth would we want it and what would we do with it if we had it?
Here are some facts:
Area of Mexico: 1,973,000 square km
Area of the Vietnam: 330,000 square km
Population of Mexico: 110,000,000
Population of Vietnam: 86,000,000
Population of Mexico City and suburbs: 22,000,000
Population of Guadalajara and suburbs: 4,300,000
Population of Monterrey and suburbs: 3,800,000
Population of Puebla and suburbs: 2,100,000
Mexico has a very nationalistic population and a political class that leans much further to the left than the US does. Assuming the population of Mexico were to passively submit to US conquest (they won't) the United states would be stuck with four ghetto slum cities with populations over 2 million that make Detroit look like Palm Beach County, a manufacturing sector whose "cheap labor" model is being killed by China's "cheapest labor" model,a semi-literate rural culture, an abysmal urban infrastructure, a non-existent rural infrastructure and about 50,000,000 left of liberal voters.
Then of course there are the drug cartels, rural village gangs who rob passing 18 wheelers, urban kidnap gangs, protection rackets, pick pockets and a political class that makes Bill Clinton look like Thomas Jefferson.
The last thing on God's Green Earth the United States wants is to "annex" Mexico.
Yes, and she left Arizona without ever having any type of emergency plan in place. Just priceless.
Here are some facts:
I was thinking the same thing. Good job on the legwork.
Indeed. I don't know if you caught this one, it's most interesting if you haven't already seen or suspect it
“VIDEO-MEXICAN DRUG WAR-MUST SEE-Sounds Like a Fallujah battle”
I expect nothing less from Democrats.
But never forget that the GOP's presidential nominee for 2008 is also from Arizona and he calls those murderous so-and-so's God's children, who deserve our respect and understanding. Plus our tax money, medical care and, what the heck, citizenship.
That's what I find depressing as all get out, and not in the least grand.
yeah, but it would be kind of funny to see the faces of the CEO’s of the corporations/factories that moved south of the border so they didn’t have to pay living wages to their workers.
Ping!
