These people are blind, ignorant racists for the most part who cannot stand the fact that an African American family is in the White House. ...Sure, there are bigots out there. But of all the conservatives I talk to, the most common perjorative used for Obama is "Idiot". Or "Moron", "Fool", or "Lightweight". Sometimes the words are modified by "Liberal", occasionally "Dangerous". Frankly, there are so many legitimate complaints about him, why bother with racism?
As for the rest of them, from what I have read, they seem to be buying into the socialism/marxism/communism rants of people like Limbaugh, Beck, Coulter and all of the other “Republicans” who are spreading the same garbage in a desperate attempt to hang onto their dittohead base. ...Liberal projection is endlessly fascinating. Just because the jackass who wrote this statement hasn't had an independent thought in his entire life, means that I haven't either.
As far as I am concerned, if they do not step up and denounce this behavior ...in general that's exactly what happens. Conservatives get rid of those who behave badly, Liberals re-elect them.
...should anything happen, they should be investigated and/or prosecuted ...and if we don't say anything, I'm sure that there will be plenty in the MSM who will mention it. Who also will point out that we should have seen the invisible, what no one else saw, and acted upon it. OR, not acted upon it, depending on whatever hindsight is politically expedient.

The first thing we must do is stop those on the ‘GOP’ side from hurling the same baseless accusations. They’ve fallen into this every time they want to pass an amnesty or some other boneheaded policy. Are you surprised the left is using this ploy....it has worked so far.

Well, I have no WHITE GUILT. Jim, I don’t know how you grew up, but I know how I did. I remember being about 8 years old, we had gotten TV recently, and seeing the turmoil in the South and the ‘civil rights’ movement. My parents had told me about the civil war and the aftermath. I thought those problems were long solved. I was stunned to find in parts of the South, that blacks were still delegated to ‘the back of the bus’.
In my world, I’d never seen anything like discrimination or met bigots. The blacks, latinos, asians in my NW communities were my neighbors, friends, the people I grew up with. They were Americans.
Our entire lives, in school and our communities, we were taught tolerance, acceptance, equility. I can’t imagine anyone under the age of 65 not getting the same guidance.
I can’t imagine what my mother would have done to us if she’d ever heard a bigoted, racial comment come out of our mouths, much less discriminate against someone because of their skin color.
There will always be a few white trash bigots. Whites are human too. Weed them out, expose them. But labeling all of us who might object to the policies of anyone because of the color of their skin is pure insanity.

There is absolutely no doubt that the left is attempting to destroy our constitutional freedoms. Federalism is all but dead. Free market enterprise is on the way out. Capitalism is evil. Individual freedom and responsibility replaced with collectivism and government coercion. Socialism is the norm. Those who still believe in God are considered religious zealots, no better than Islamic terrorists and should be exterminated as such. Before Lady Liberty gasps her last breath, all will understand the wisdom of the Founding Fathers and the Second Amendment.
