There are at least five ways that Barack Obama can be declared ineligible for the presidency. Here is a list:
1. Obama was not born in the United States. The Certification of Live Birth that he posts on his web site proves nothing. Only the original paper certificate can address this issue, Obama refuses to release it.
2. Dual Citizenship issue: Obama could have British and American citizenship due to his father being a British subject at the time of his birth.
3. Dual Citizenship issue: Obama could have dual citizenship with Indonesia if he was adopted. His school records from Inonesia indicate he was Indonesian. He also traveled to Pakistan, but under what passport?
4. Mother's age at birth. Hawaiian laws on the books at the time of his birth hold that U.S. citizenship may only pass to a child born overseas to a U.S. citizen parent and non-citizen parent if the former was at least 19. Stanley Ann Dunham was only 18 at the time of Obama's birth.
5. Failure to formally renounce dual citizenship described above and reestablish American citizenship at some point and show proof of same.
Obama supporters have unrealistically simplified this issue down to the COLB. There are possibly more issues out there still to be investigated, perhaps willful misconduct on the potential forging of the COLB, etc.
I think that those who are bringing this issue to the attention of the courts need to step back and address the big picture first and then fill in the details.
Are there other potentially disqualifying factors missing from this list?
In the meantime, the RNC should be working with every state to ensure that in the future, 0dumbo, and everyone else, must present certified evidence that they meet the qualifications for the Presidency, before being placed on the ballot for that state.
The Federal Government has decided to insert itself into countless areas where they do not belong, but it neglects areas such as border control and foreigners posing as President, where it is required to be involved.
We must keep our arguments accurate, so as not to look silly. Item No 4 is not determined by Hawaiian law, but by federal statutes.
That’s a good list and there may be other factors as well, one of which is the possibility that Comrade 0bama may have obtained government benefits (student aid, etc) under false pretenses or with an incorrect and/or assumed name, which would constitute a felony.
Of course the usual crowd of 0bama-enablers will soon be arriving to spew their usual sneers and drivel, calling you (and anyone agreeing with you) ‘birthers’ and all of that predictable garbage.
To them, the Constitution is nothing but toilet paper. To us, it is the most highly revered Document of our Republic, right after the Bible.

In civics class as a kid I was taught that BOTH parents had to be citizens, either born or naturalized-the actual birthplace didn’t matter. What mattered was the lineage.
Now with some speculating that Frank Marshall(sp.) could be his daddy, wouldn’t that be the last laugh for That One if it were true? Then, technically, he would be eligible!
...or not. Who knows at this point? What is interesting is that That One doth protest too much about doing a simple task (producing a VALID b/c) that all of us have had to do (with increasing frequency) in our day to day lives.

Indonesia does not recognize dual citizenship. He would have to renounce his US citizenship to get Indonesian citizenship.
That point, almost verbatim, is being used by Phillip Berg, et al, in their federal filings.
Yet this raises the question...can states provide for more restrictive citizenship prerequisites than the federal government? Must not a citizen of the United States first become a state citizen, unless born overseas? Probably good questions!

Here is another theory. According to an email I received yesterday from a friend in Cuba. Barack Obama’s mother was in Cuba as part of a team of American Socialists who went to help Cuba after the revolution. According to them she was pregnant when she left Cuba in December 1960, two months later she married Barack Obama Sr. in Hawaii.

He did have dual citizenship at birth, which lapsed when he turned 18. He's admitted that. However, it is irrelevant. If you disagree, please find the passage in the Constitution that prohibits people who had dual citizenship as babies from being president.

Not true. First of all, there is no evidence he was adopted. Second, even if he was, both US and Indonesian law at the time made it impossible for him to have acquired dual citizenship by virtue of adoption.
His school records from Inonesia indicate he was Indonesian.
A single document from a private school lists his citizenship as Indoensian. Assuming the document is authentic (and there's a good possibility it is not), then it is in error for the reason stated above.
People do, you know, make mistakes when filling out documents.

There is no reason to believe he traveled on any passport other than a US passport.

If the A-Hole refused to show it and has spent hundreds of thousands of Dollars to prevent the EXOPSURE of his REAL Birth Certificate, it is only natural to assume that he has a LOT TO HIDE.
