Obama "Birth Certificate" conference moves into high gear

The National Conference on Barack Obama's Missing Birth Certificate and College Records' is taking shape. Here is our first update.

1. Location

We have reserved a room at the Capital Hilton to serve as our headquarters. That will act as our initial point for meeting and information. The Capital Hilton is located a short walk from the White House at 1001 16th Street, NW, just in case we decide to march or demonstrate.

2. Hawai'i freedom of information materials

We received a very generous grant to cover the costs of paying the State of Hawai'i for freedom-of-information materials. We hope to have some or all of that material available for review at the conference.

3. Conference Registration fee and ID requirement

Our initial thought was not to require a registration fee. However, we need some advance indication of how large the attending group could be to make space-planning decisions. Therefore, we have added a nominal $10 advance registration fee. The door charge will be $25 to attend one or both meetings. Please fill out the attendance form and mail it back with the $10 to arrive in New York before March 31st. Please include a copy of a photo ID so we can confirm your identity when you arrive at the conference. (The late fee will be $25 cash only 'at the door' with a photo ID.) Once we know how many to plan for, we can work out how formal or informal to be.

4. Conference agenda

With this cover letter you will also be receiving the first draft of our proposed agenda. You are invited to submit suggestions, comments and proposals for any future revisions.

We do have a big 'surprise' planned for the conference, of course. That will be revealed at the Saturday morning session.

5. All are welcome-but please bring evidence, not illusions

Anyone is welcome to register and attend. But please, if you want to express a theory, bring some rational, tangible evidence to support your claims about Mr. Obama. Those of you who know me know I am committed to only working with accurate information and, as we lawyers say, 'reasonable inferences drawn from the available facts or available documentation.' Pie-in-the-sky will not fly.

6. Security

We will have adequate arrangements for security in case Obama's desperate sycophants try to disrupt us.

7. Media

Media are welcome, but we would suggest you let us know in advance. We will be providing twitter.com updates during the conference (twitter.com/AndyMartinUSA).

8. Out of town visitors

Just a reminder: April 3-4 is one of the biggest tourist weekends of the year, so hotel rooms are at a premium. We have already noticed a tightening of availabilities. If you plan to stay overnight, we suggest you make early plans.

We will be issuing updates of this letter, so please feel free to make suggestions.

And please also remember we operate on a shoestring, so contribute any shoestrings you can afford. If the turnout exceeds our expectations, the registration fee will not cover reserving a larger space on one of the biggest tourist weekends of the year.

It says right in the footer, this copy serves as "prima facie evidence."

Obama has presented his COLB as proof that he was born in Hawaii. That document itself states that it is only "prima facie" evidence of that fact. As we see from ckilmer's post 12, the presumption that the fact exists fails. When evidence contradicting the alleged fact is presented, the interested party needs to present other competent evidence to prove the existence of that alleged fact. If he fails to do so, the alleged fact is not proven, even if the opposing party produces no further evidence.

Andy Martin has been reporting on Obama since 2004. Most of what is out there today is due to his reporting. He has been reporting on Chicago crimes for years.

If he applied for financial aid as a foreign student, that would be a definite tip-off.What financial aid programs are available to foreign students, and why would he choose that rather then apply for aid as a black American student, for whom there are abundant aid programs?

Might be because Obama and Khalid Mansour asked Percy Sutton to help Obama out? Obama is of Omani Arab decent, not Black African. The aid for black Africans was at 12% heritage if I remember those threads off hand. Obama is at 6.25%. Percy Sutton confirms getting the financial assistance.

Well, we all learned about it several months before Nov. If a sitting POTUS and a 30+ yr. DC insider like McCain, with all their advisors can’t get off the dime and into overdrive and make SOMETHING happen, then we are truly lost.

I heard his speech in ‘04 at the Dem convention, and said “They’re going to run this guty in 2012 or 2016” I went out and read his book—50 pages in, my blood was running cold. You mean, every GOP in DC was asleep at the switch the whole time and couldn’t do ANYTHING effective?

There are grants for foreign students, not via Federal or State programs, but recently the lines have been blurred by the DREAM Act/La Raza people.

McCain had his own leash on him via Ayers and their Weathermen group. Bill Ayers had a history with him from back in Vietnam via the ‘Committee of Liaison with Families of Servicemen Detained in North Vietnam’. COLIFAM for short. COLIFAM was a POW extortion operation.

McCain is not innocent in any of this. But, no, not everyone knew the extent the media had. I didn’t realize it myself until I watched the video, Media Malpractice. I’m a news junky and I didn’t realize it all myself.

Then, Rev. Wrongway Wright-that was a hanging curve ball that should have been knocked out of the park, along with a lot of 0’s other skeletons and gaffes-I know the media is in the tank, but our brain trust should be able to do something

Of course, with all this, I must sadly take into account that, in this day and age, many Americans wouldn’t listen, or would actually agree w/ Wright and Ayers. Sort of like the OJ jury in 1995-if they had a video of him doing it, and a signed confession-he still would have been acquitted.
