Orly Taitz, a lawyer representing several before SCOTUS on Obama's eligibility was interviewed March 17, 2009 on the Rolleye James show. Program archived in 'Where can I hear her.'......
See post 1 for another link where the show has been broken down into segments on YouTube. Two of the five are about 13 minutes total alleging Supreme Court clerks have been removing court challenges from the docket - justices not aware they had gone to conference.

You go to the Supreme Court Clerks of the United States (SCCOTUS)...

I knew something about the controversy, but I am astounded to find that the justices say that they have no knowledge whatsoever about the conferences they supposedly held rejecting the cases!

You don’t happen to know this radio host, do you?
Just in case you do, I would like to pass on a suggestion to either change, lower the volume by at least half, or end the intro. music before she starts talking.
I don’t know if it’s just me and attraction to music, but I’m finding it extremely difficult to concentrate on her words with the music fighting for my brain’s attention (I think it’s due to the high notes, and the punctuated phrasing of the music as well as the background “lyrics”). It’s giving me an instant headache and I’m only a minute in (of course, the headache could also be from all the stuff Congress is trying to do today)!
I’m assuming the background music will end eventually, but I felt a need to mention this in case she or her producers run across this thread... :-)

I actually find it reasuring. I would rather think the cases were held from them then think they actually knew about two upcoming conferences and met with the defendent in closed doors anyway.
