Pinelake, a 90-bed facility that opened in 1993, serves as rehabilitation, nursing and Alzheimer’s care unit.

Prayers for all who are suffering from this dastardly deed. Good grief!
Does anyone know if this nursing home was another "Gun Free Zone"

Is it just me or has there been a huge spike in these sort of things in the past two months or so?

Yep, my own theory is the blow out media coverage of one tends to push a new would-be perpetrator over the edge on the “rationality” of going ahead with it themselves.
I’d like to see what the motive of this one was.

It always seems like there is a jump in shootings just before the usual suspects begin a major anti-gun push.
I expect to see congress critters introduce new bills to ban “assault weapons” this week or next.

It’s not copycat crime this time. The spike is caused by hopelessness. Obama was supposed to deliver hope: Instead he has delivered despair.

I agree, was going to state that angle too but didn’t want to get into a long varied post.
Prayers for the victims.

Why is the shooter always “alleged” even with mobs of witnesses?
