President Obama has been named in dozens of civil lawsuits alleging he is not eligible to be president, with one man even filing a criminal complaint alleging the commander-in-chief is a fraud, and now a citizen grand jury in Georgia has indicted the sitting president.
The indictment delivered to state and federal prosecutors yesterday is one of the developments in the dispute over Obama's eligibility to be president under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that presidents be "natural born" citizens.
Orly Taitz, a California attorney working on several of the civil actions, also announced she has filed another Quo Warranto case in the District of Columbia, where, she told WND, the statutes acknowledge that procedure.

This whole Presidency is so morbid. I guess it was naiive for me to think that I’d never see a worse President than BJ Clinton in my lifetime.
Lord, deliver us from this evil.

Oh great. Just like all those citizen grand juries that indicted Bush for war crimes and other baloney. Barack Obama is going to be bad enough, but now we hand his allies ammunition that our side is populated by a bunch of crazy conspiracy nuts. Obama is president. Get over it. Now let’s hold his feet to the fire for all his horrible ideas and educate people about the dangers of his policies.
Flame on. Then go to the Ron Paul website and look for the latest “9/11 was an inside job” post.
I suppose an argument can me made that if BO is not an American citizen eligible for the Presidency then his swearing in as POTUS is null and void and therefore we have no President right now. We have an invader. A coup de ta (sp?)

He is TOTUS so everything is fine.
Have you reached the stage that I have? I used to consider the day wasted if I didn’t think of six new ways to insult Bill Clinton, now I look back on the Clinton years as the good old days.
I feel the same way.
Yeah Sawyer, I’ve been there for about 6 weeks now
It neede to be said and you said it.

I have posted no less than two original stories every day on FR regarding Obama’s lack of eligibility to be POTUS under the Constitution. Whether they don’t like the source (Huffington Post) or whether one of the monitors is one of these “its a dead issue” RINO’s, the story is being truncated on FR. So much for celebrating freedom and the Constitution among conservatives.
