FBI InfraGard warns of a crescendo of public concern about Obama's eligibility

April 05, 2009 11:14

Tasked by the FBI to provide "informational analysis" on conditions which could be construed as potentially harmful to civil order and national security, InfraGard, of the FBI's National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC), issued an unclassified Protective Intelligence Communication report in March 2009 regarding the "crescendo" of public concern about Obama's presidential eligibility.

Authored by Dr. Lyle J. Rapacki, Protective Intelligence Specialist and Agent, the report summarizes the substance of legal challenges to Obama on the question of his constitutional eligibility and concludes that if it "should be discovered Mr. Obama is ineligible, a constitutional crisis would ensue attempting to determine which of his executive branch orders should be valid."

It goes on to warn that "if...Mr. Obama fights revealing his documentation, there is growing concern of civil unrest, or worse, being unleashed in the streets of our nation. The economic crisis coupled with this type of a constitutional crisis could prove to be a flashpoint that would test conventional law enforcement and elements of homeland security."

The stream of law suits, the most recent of which have been tendered by high ranking military officers and state legislators, to compel Obama to prove his eligibility have been unremitting and increasingly vocal.

Upon the recommendation of the Army's Strategic Studies Institute, The Army Times reported that a somewhat euphemistically dubbed "Consequence Management Response Force (CCMRF)," currently the role of the 3rd Infantry Division's 1st Brigade Combat Team, but which, reportedly, might eventually comprise upwards of 80,000 troops, is being trained and readied to deal with what could be widespread civil disorder resulting from an "unforeseen economic collapse" or "loss of a functional political and legal order."

Paging Dr. Rapacki. Let me help you avert this "crescendo of public concern." Pass this on to your superiors to cover in tomorrow's White House morning cabinet briefing.

The Hawaiian CertificATE of Live Birth looks like this:

Please ask Mr. Obama to request a copy of his "Long Form" Birth Certificate (not his CertificaTION that we've all seen) using the Request for Certified Copy of Birth Record Form, similar to the one below. The physical address of the Hawaiian Vital Records Office is 1250 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, HI 96813. Alternatively, you can call them at (808) 586-4533.

On the Request Form, in the block that states "Reason for Requesting a Certified Copy," please ask Mr. Obama to write in the words "Request Long Form for Political Office." The Hawaiian Office of Vital Records will mail Mr. Obama a copy of the Long Form in less than two weeks. Oh, and make sure you ask Mr. Obama to sign the form, or the Vital Statistics Office might not accept it. Please include $10 for the form to avoid anymore delays.

Also, please pass this on this message:

Mr. Obama, please just publicly display your long form -- it really ain't that hard. There's no need for civil unrest, FEMA camp activations, or Federalization of National Guard troops as Dr. Rapacki has suggested ... unless, of course, that's been your intention all along...

I had it already. I wanted to know if I has missed something, or could learn something new. :O)

I’m still PO’d, as are many of us, that 0bama wasn’t investigated...ever!

Not sure what we’re arguing about. DUmmies (and some here) think that there is some vetting process for Presidential candidates, that POTUS is somehow required to hold a security clearance. Simply not true. As you say, POTUS is CIC and heads the DOD and so is not subject (himself) to the EOs that he signs re: security.

Point is DumbO was never vetted by any security agency (and it would have been DSS).

I want the SCOTUS to hear one of these cases. I want the term “natural born citizen” to be clearly defined forevermore. I want to see the original birth certificate. I believe Obama is a lying thug who’s hiding something with regard to his birth circumstances or certificate.

With those things said, it is extremely disingenuous for anyone to be passing this ridiculous white paper off as an official document from the FBI. The FBI is remotely associated with this document ONLY because Dr. Rapacki is a member of InfraGard, which is a public private partnership with the FBI.

This document isn’t even an official document published by the Arizona chapter of InfraGard. This white paper is just the rambling, nonsensical opinion of an individual who happens to be a member of InfraGard. It’s garbage and should be given no credibility.

Promoting this document on FR makes us look like fools!

There is an “assumed” vetting process for POTUS. It’s supposed to be overseen by Congress, specifically, The House Speaker and the Senate Leader. It has always been done by the candidates’ party, and affirmed to Congress as such.

This needs to be formalized and made law.

He wasn’t tasked by the FBI to write this white paper. This isn’t an official FBI document.

See my posts at 138 & 144 for details.

I don’t think we are (arguing, I mean). Carter was a USNA grad and despite those of us who thought he was a moron, we never believed he was a deliberate traitor (until later). Same with Bubba because he was such a good ole boy.

DumbO is the first person who loyalty we’ve really had to question in our history.

And yes, some process needs to be put in place. But be careful what you wish for because DumbO would use that system to shoot down any future conservative candidate.

Yes, I understand it is not an official FBI document. The question is whether the group and guy that issued it was doing so at the request of the FBI. Unless the first sentence of the story here is false, it sounds like that may indeed be the case.

Here’s a request by BuckeyeTexan for eveyone to read #138 and #144, but also, in all fairness, please read #149 by pissant before making a judgement.

Yes, I think we can all agree this is not an FBI document. It does not claim to be either.

InfraGard offices are located in the same building or the immediate area of FBI field offices. Each office has an FBI agent detailed to it, and is directed by the FBI in accordance with PPD-63.

That’s a quasi FBI agency to me. LOL

That sentence is partially true with the purpose of misleading anyone who reads it.

The FBI NIPC referenced in that sentence was transferred to the Department of Homeland Security in 2003. Generally speaking, InfraGard was "tasked" to provide such analysis after 9/11/2001. Their role after 2003 is still being defined and coordinated by FBI Special Agent Coordinators at each local chapter.

Membership in InfraGard is by local chapter. In this case, Arizona. There are several InfraGard chapters in Arizona. None of them issued this document.

Dr. Rapacki authored this document on his own. He referenced his membership in InfraGard as a means to associate the document with the FBI, which is disingenuous. Whoever wrote that first sentence of this story did so with the purpose of hijacking the stated purpose and goal of the InfraGard organization to lend credibility to this white paper.

Which website? InfraGard does exist. It's a public private partnership between the FBI and the private security industry. However, InfraGard didn't sponsor this document.

I don’t get it. He implicitly gave up any “rights to privacy” so far as matters relating to his place and time of birth the moment he filled out an application to run for president.

The courts got it bass ackwards on this one, so does the Hawaii Dept of Vital Statistics...
