An interesting aspect to all of this is:
In 1968 the bad guys were the “hippies” disrupting the Democratic National Convention in Chicago. They were protesting all things Democrat. The “Chicago 7” trial that came out of those protests was one of the most ridiculous public displays of anti-government action.

It’s come full circle. The Dems have spent four decades giving into protests from left-wing groups.
If the protests are loud enough, harsh enough, relentless enough, and violent enough, we may learn from history.
Otherwise, what have we to talk about?
