I want that ballot initiative amended to say:
1) That Obama IS an abortion
2) All abortion must be banned

It was purposely misleading. Sean Cockerman nursed on many a leftist teet while working at Tacoma's News Tribune. He'll sometimes write the same hit piece on someone on consecutive days, but with slightly different wording in the title.
Waddya expect from a McClatchy hack.

H*** yes to 1,2&3.
#4 she’ll just have to live with because its to hard to prevent something like that if she has a mind to.

I wish she could ban abortion all together. I wonder if she could do that. I guess it would be against federal law...UGH!!! She can't do that. It would violate the (implied) penumbra of the Constitution, which takes precedence over the (written) Tenth Amendment. The Supremes have spoken on that question.

"I got a preliminary opinion from Law (Department) just giving me a heads up that critics would certainly file an ethics charge against me if I were to sponsor an initiative. So though I maintain I have First Amendment rights just as any other citizen does, I won't flirt with the notion of giving critics more ammunition to keep filing wasteful ethics charges against me, but instead I'll volunteer to be the first signature," Palin said. Just like the Lilliputians tying down Gulliver.

The ADN is a Rat rag, and the story was no doubt titled as it was to mislead people (again) who don’t take the time to read the entire peice.

If I couldnt get bandage from the school nurse for a cut finger, why should a girl be able to get an abortion without consent? It's not just consent - in New Hampshire, the Democrats ramrodded a law that allows young girls to get an abortion without TELLING their parents, let alone getting their CONSENT. That's how sinister the cult of death really is.

Thanks for the post.
These are things that normal Republican polititians do.
THIS is what the majority of Americans, not to mention Republican voters want - so why must we be continually cajolled into cuddling up to pro-abort RINOs?
Why should we be asked to "soul search" why creatures like Specter leave the Party?

It’s because of the number of votes we can never reach. Our base is shrinking, and we are a victim of liberal demographics and socialism. Plus the American people haven’t a clue about what they are doing to themselves, just like the Europeans were doing in the 1960s.
