If not we could demand the resignation of every judge who refused to allow these lawsuits any merit for refusing to abide by their oath to uphold the Constitution.
It would also mean that Barry would be asked to leave the White House and he would be afforded none of the perks of a former president.
Then again, Obama has said that he is a Christian...despite his refusal to personally help "the least of these" through his own donations to charity and his support for abortion at any time for any reason.... he wouldn't lie.
Of course any money he has spent over the $10.00 required to make a copy of his birth certificate available would illustrate his total disregard for "the least of these" who donated $1.00 and $2.00 to his campaign...
If President Obama lied to get into office, the truth will come out. The stain he will have left on the presidency may not.

I don’t think Biden automatically becomes the President. He serves as acting President if the existing President is found ineligible.
Then a new President is chosen.
From the 20th Amendment:
3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.
I think the case may be made that if Zero was NEVER qualified to serve,it was as if the President did not qualify by the beginning of his appointed time to begin serving as President, and the Congress will have to determine how a new President will be deemed to be qualified to serve.
IMHO there is a 95% chance that his genuine Hawaii birth certificate is in a vault somewhere in Hawaii. By witholding it, Obama is making the Right go nuts, and get distracted from his dangerous policies and plan for socializing America.
Then Obama can point to the Right as wackos and nutjobs.

Vice President Joe Biden would, obviously, become President Biden. The harrowing part of this taking place is that every appointment made, every piece of legislation signed, and every executive order issued by Barack Obama could, and should, be considered invalid.

If you look at videos of Obama speaking, he very much resembles Malcolm X.
