If those two from Arkansas didn’t run as conservative Democrats they wouldn’t be re-elected. How they govern is a totally different matter.
All I’ve heard from Bambi is a lot of talk. The big issues, cap/trade, socialized med, etc., haven’t come to a vote yet.
I do remember Waxman saying a couple of weeks ago that he had the votes to pass cap and trade. So, hopefully, the centrists are blocking it.
Not a chance.
If you think that this will stop them from voting lock step in favor of it FUGEDABUOTIT!

I guess that's the easy way out. Just forget about it and hope it doesn't happen. That's why we are in the predicament we are now. We either fight them every step of the way or we can live as slaves to a dictator in the WH. Fight or go ahead and accept it or move out of the US. That's your 3 options.
Eventually, some of these will have to become Republicans, just as many of the 1980s Dems converted.

Thanks for the ping. Does anyone know what is happening with the new legislation to tax employees for the insurance bennies. This is really important as it costs some employers around $10k per year for employees insurance. If the employee has to pay fed tax at 25%, that increases the employees tax by around $2500 a year. Yeah, no tax increase. HAH! Employees will be begging NOT to have employer funded insurance and will sign up for the socialized in a heartbeat.
I don’t know exactly.
I just heard about this the last day or 2 on the
talk shows (Mark Davis, El Rushbo, Mark Levin ...
one of those. Rush, I think??).
Yeah, IF it gets rammed through, by the time the
consumers find out about it, it’ll be WAY too late!
