Not to be overly cynical, but I put as little faith in this type of transponder as I would in painting the same information on the side of the truck.

I suspect if it only costs $45 for a legitimate one, then an illegitimate one that says whatever the trucker wants it to say will only be about $100.

Gee: and I always thought they weighed those trucks.

Pay $45,00 and you can weigh anything you like?

Given this, I wonder if the US is going ahead with plans to put radiation scanners at weigh stations?

Seems like a waste now, if hacking a $45 transponder gets your truck past the scanners.

There were also plans to put AS&E backscatter imagers there to see inside trucks, to find contraband.

This is nothing new. Let’s use the example of a truck traveling from Tampa to Atlanta on I-75. The truck must go through an initial weigh station. After leaving that station, if it gets to the next weigh station within a certain time window, then it may by-pass the station. The reason is that the truck did not stop long enough to change loads or pick up an additional load- there’s no reason for it to stop at the station. This decreases driving time and reduces traffic at weigh stations. When the truck crosses the state line, it may continue in this manner because Florida and Georgia have by-pass systems that communicate with each other. It’s only logical to include provinces in this system (escpecially British Columbia because of the Port of Vancouver).

This isn’t a “merge the US, Mexico and Canada” conspiracy, it’s just practical use of technology to improve transportation.

Have you been watching the Chrylser-Fiat corruption take place? It has relevance to the NAU.

Apparently government ‘bailouts’ and forced takeover by the federal government is another way to integrate canada and the US that isn’t as blatant as the other proposals.

It works like this:
1. An American manufacturing firm gets into financial difficulties due to a ethically compromised leadership.
2. They file for bankruptcy protect. Meanwhile the globalist are slavering to get their hands on this American manufacturer.
3. The globalist president ‘bails’ them out, e.g. bribes the company to go bankrupt and give up their US holdings to the fedgov.
4.The Fedgov takes the company and pretends to sell off the assest to a foreign car company. What really happens is the whitehouse literally gives 20% to Fiat. No Fiat isn’t paying a penny for it. They give 68% to the union thank you very much for the vote fraud in the last election, and they split the last 12% between the white house and Canada.

Now if you were going to integrate two countries, and your citizens were categorically opposed, why not create an unconstitutional illegal “business partnership” with a foreign government? do this with a few more companies and you’ll never split the two governments apart.

Instant NAU wihtouth the hassle of telling anyone about it.

Oh and by the way, fiat gets to make their tiny unreliable automobiles that failed in the free marketplace here, without investing a single dime in the business.Who is in the fiat consortium? I am sure there is more corruption if you look under the rock.
