Episcopal Church fires 61 priests and deacons in the Central Valley.
Part of the reason, is they followed former Bishop John David Schofield when he rebuked the national church for its stance on the ordination of gays into the priesthood.

Ever notice that liberals have the reverse Midas touch? They destroy everything they get their hands on. The churches they’ve taken over have seen their memberships go way down. They took over theater, and theater is dying in this country. They took over public education in most places, and kids know less than ever.

Is there a mainline Protestant church that isn’t experiencing similar issues? Lucifer has been very successful infiltrating all of these organizations. Non-denominational churches seem to be flourishing these days.

Sorry Eagle, your reply may be a little to nuanced for my tiny brain. To which do you refer as the "True Christians," the banned, or the banners?
Sorry. Should have been more specific. I am referring to the 61 priests who refused to compromise their faith for their positions. It’s easy to embrace Christ when there are no consequences for doing so. Sadly, most of the Church today would be resistant to relinquish the familiar and the comfortable for their faith.
Churches should remember what gay clergy did to the Catholic church.
