I noticed that Diane Sawyer shed a tear on the air for Mr. Tiller, yet I don't believe she ever shed a tear over one of HIS many victims.

You needed a picture of a late term abortion to go with Diane Sawyer's "Tears for Tiller not for Terminated."

But the ability of those millions to express that sentiment by their God-given and Constitutional right to vote has been stripped of them by the same courts which are supposed to guarantee those rights.

Precisely so.

Thank you for all of your insights and for those beautiful Scriptures, dear brother in Christ!

Bruce: I’ve asked you if you’re ready to kill some more abortionists(??)

Glenn: So your argument is that I either agree with your insignificant ways or kill a doctor?

I’ll stay pragmatic, thank you. I’ll understand that this law is here to stay and there is nothing, short of killing the killers, that one can do about it.
+++++++++++++++++++

Well Glenn, til now, you haven’t really told us what you think (or do.) But since you are speaking about “pragmatism” and killing the killers in the same breath - I’ll take it *that’s* what you mean.

I see - you think standing on the Constitution (the rule of law) and the Bible (and changing hearts - which is working by the way) are ‘insignificant ways.’ You sir, are an emotional fool - just like the shooter in Kansas was an emotional fool.

Who do you speak with and speak about these matters? I’d suggest you huddle up with your best friends and mentors and think through your strategies - before you go off and sink us a bit further into a morass of our own making.

I know my own mind. I don't need the "group thinkers" to advise me. If I ever do, I will look you up first.

It does come down to a disenfranchisement.

The left is always seeking the rule of the many by the few. They fear that if the governed can have their input the left won't get what they want.

Millions of Americans believe that abortion is murder and that it should be made illegal in most cases.

This is the problem we can't resolve. If it is murder than why is it allowed? If we continue down this road of a few judges just making up the law based on their bias what real authority do they have. They have the power of the state to enforce their "decrees", but the legitimacy is gone.

How many states have passed laws, or amendments to their constitutions, restricting abortions that then had some judge throw the law out. The same thing has happened with homosexual marriage. Where it exists it is because of mandates of judges not elected representatives debating the issue and passing laws with the consent of the governed.

Now Tiller gets some "street justice" from a guy looking to make his life mean something and the emphasis seems to be how bad it is what the killer did. I think the emphasis should be on what the left did to create this mess. I don't condone killing but I sure can see what led this guy to think he might be doing a good thing.

This is again foolish talk. To think that you do not need the advice and counsel of others. I am in no way advocating ‘group think’ as you derisively put it. You are not abiding by the Scriptures, as the Scriptures clearly advise that you seek the counsel of elders and those with wisdom.

Are you a Christian - or just what are you Glenn?

I don't think that Glenn can make you sink any further into a morass of your own making.

You're doing a fine job all by yourself.

rudman (11/2008 join date): “People were dying - every day - thousands a year, according to O’Reilly.”

Wagglebee: “Are you supporting the systematic killing of abortionists? Yes or no.”
+++++++++++++++

‘according to O’Reilly’? What kind of bizarre statement is that? Why would you add this phrase rudman?? We don't need O’Reilly to find out the facts about Tillman - do you?

The pro-murder people on these pages are really emotional fools, imho - and I'm as pro-life as they come.

What's the end game? Is it that you guys become the (Islamo)-terrorists of the pro-life movement - will you intimidate all of us ‘passive’ and ‘insignificant’ pro-lifers into backing your radical agenda - or else? Truly disturbing and foolish (or worse) talk.

Maybe you can start killing all of those pro-choice civilians out there; maybe strap a bomb to your chest and try out suicide bombing?(careful, you may kill pro-lifers in the process - but your models in the Islamic extreme make it clear that that's OK - just collateral damage, hey, in pursuit of the greater good? Besides, we're not really *good* pro-lifers unless we're willing to murder - isn't that right - FOOLISH talk - what is your end game here fellas??

Oh that's right - you don't want to think this through or consult with anyone else - that's too ‘insignificant’ - right Glenn?

Why don't you guys talk to us about the end game - ‘cause that sharp sword you're attempting to wield can cut sharply in many more ways than one..

I was just listening to Leis Wiehl on Fox News, and one of her talking heads was saying that Kansas law is clear about its requirement that there be some catastrophic threat to the health of the mother as the only justification for late-term abortion.

The lawyer was saying that he (a defense lawyer) could see a real defense on Roeder’s part being that he was protecting life that was being UNLAWFULLY (by current Kansas law) taken. He went on to say that it would all depend on the jury...because juries are really weird.

Ah so clever.

I see, Glenn supports this murder of Tiller, and I’m doing the ‘fine job.’ Please elaborate...we want to hear your lucid wisdom on the topic sir, other than the quipping version.

This isn’t about ‘group think’ - this is about thinking at all. Once you toss the Bible and the Constitution out the door - how do you plan to start *your* society? Just askin’...

Tiller deserved the electric chair - and God will bring him true justice (Romans 12:19).

Thank you so much for sharing your insights, dear wmfights!

The left is always seeking the rule of the many by the few. They fear that if the governed can have their input the left won't get what they want.

Indeed. And using the courts to make law is their primary means to this end.

"Ah so clever."

You thought that was clever? Wow.

"I see, Glenn supports this murder of Tiller, and I’m doing the ‘fine job.’"

Do you really see that? And how did you conclude that you are doing a 'fine job'?

"Please elaborate...we want to hear your lucid wisdom on the topic sir, other than the quipping version."

We would like to hear a lucid version from you as well.

Well, that's just grand-standing by a talking head. It might make for interesting TV, but that's about it.

I seriously doubt that any defense lawyer could even hope to empanel a jury that would fall for that sort of sophistry -- much less actually do it.

I could, perhaps see a lawyer trying that sort of defense and hope for a "jury nullification" outcome; but it wouldn't work. Jurors tend to be conscientious, and this is a slam-dunk case.

Sounds like he is suggesting a "justifiable homicide" defense. I doubt that will work though "jury nullification" might happen here if the judge allows the defense, using that argument, to literally show the jury the handiwork of Tiller.

Thank you for sharing that insight, dear brother in Christ!

“how did you conclude that you are doing a ‘fine job’?”

Uh, your quote, not mine...

“We would like to hear a lucid version from you as well.”

I see most of the people on this board sticking up for the rule of law, even as we would for murderers and rapists. To not do so is to spit on the Constitution and the Torah (or wherever you think common law derives.)

Further, this sets back the broader pro-life movement, which, depsite the political set backs has seen great victories recently in the broader court of public opinion - as more people were identifying themselves with ‘pro-life’ than at any time since 1995.

But what about now? We pro-lifers will labor on. We must distance ourself from this stupid act. We should have opposed the evil Tiller, as we’d already been doing, through the courts, fighting to get his license revoked and through all kinds of other means.

For the Pro-murder for Pro-Life contingent here: Maybe you can start killing all of those pro-choice civilians out there; maybe strap a bomb to your chest and try out suicide bombing?(careful, you may kill pro-lifers in the process - but your models in the Islamic extreme make it clear that that’s OK - just collateral damage, hey, in pursuit of the greater good? Besides, we’re not really *good* pro-lifers unless we’re willing to murder - isn’t that right - FOOLISH talk - what is your end game here fellas??)

Let’s take your pro-murder tactic to its logical extreme - because you don’t have the guts to. Let’s see - killing Tiller, etc. etc., will drop the abortion percentages by how much?

How much illigematacy will the pro-life movement have to overcome - when all of these murders you support happen?

As to Tiller, et al, I’ll stand on the Bible and the Constitution before hearing your foolish talk - Romans 12:19: “Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.”

Uh, so then you admit that I am a valid judge of your performance.

"How much illigematacy will the pro-life movement have to overcome - when all of these murders you support happen?"

Lucid, Bruce, lucid. And spell-check is a wonderful thing.

Try again.

Just a quick yes or no question:

Do you believe that late term abortions are "Murder"?
