the photo to which you refer was taken at Munro’s Dance Palace in 1983, a Rock Venue, in Seattle.
The young man resembles Mark, who attended college with the son of the baby famous sitter.
The image I posted seems to have been removed from the collection.

President Obama published Hawaiian birth certificate last year in hopes to end ‘birther’ theories
This follows the discovery of a 1991 booklet from Acton & Dystel announcing that the Democrat was ‘born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.’

The litmus test would be, does the book follow the literary agents blurb? If Dreams From My Father doesn't follow the agent's hype, then it's a figment of Acton & Dystel's imagination.
