Quitting before your term in office is over, is not what I consider a sign of leadership.

I’ll leave it at that for now.

Surprising coming from Kristol since I always thought him cool on Palin.

A few more socialist, commie, democrat moves by next Nov. and RATS may be pretty scarce around D.C. after Nov.

Sarah’s brother tells FOX that she’s been spending too much time defending herself against alleged ethics violations.

Bad precedent IMHO. With this development, any Democrat who does not want a GOP candidate to become successful can concoct alleged violation after violation until you tire of the whole thing.

Hillary has more resilience than this unfortunately.

She is talking about her accomplishments now. SO impressive. How in the world did she do that, with 80% of her resources going to fight bogus ethics claims? I am impressed.

Not sure about her plans - but she's keeping the focus of the campaign and I believe she's looking to 2012!

"SarahPAC needs to be in the position to help fund candidates who are going to fight for what we all believe - smaller government, less spending, and fewer taxes. With your help, we can take the Governor’s message and encourage others who also have hope and are firmly rooted in the conservative belief that you know how best to spend your money and not government."

Gutsy, gutsy move mick. Just wow.

Not your everyday politician. At first I thought with horror that she was being driven out of politics, but it's clear from her remarks and her family member's remarks that this is another beginning for her, and on the eve of Independence day.

Folks in the lower 48, get ready for the 'Cuda...LOL.

I’m with you. Due to the location of Alaska she cannot run for president and be in the lower 48 at the same time. I think this is a “bold, fresh” move. I’ll wait to hear the rest of the story before I write her off. And then I’ll start donating.

Ok, so you have a problem with Sarah’s actions - so what.

I have a problem with Obama’s actions.

I do not intend to try and throw blockades in the path of potential candidates for the GOP or conservatism.

And, gee, I don’t expect to totally agree with each and every decision a GOP candidate makes.
I care that they will lead this country faithfully and not be one of those destroying it.

Have fun with trying to tear down Sarah or anyother. Such an utter waste of FR space and our purpose to defeat Obama’s agenda.

LOL

Talking about the press so much is ridiculous. In particular with animals around

What the hell is she doing?

The sheep making the background noise are the same sheep that are behind her here on FR

All the potential 2012 candidates for the GOP have been dropping like flies lately. Chicago thug politics at work.

Sanford's bizarre escapades were hardly the work of "Chicago thug politics". He's personally responsible for his own behavior and the consequences.

This is not one of her finer speaking performances.

Sounds way too emotional

I remember the day I told my boss I was resigning from a job I'd held for eighteen years. (Personal reasons combined with a restructuring I did not agree with.) I started to break up a bit. I don't blame the woman for being emotional. It shows she's human.

"Do you guys get a cubicle or do you Astroturf from Starbucks? How’s the weather in Chicago today? What’s that job pay?"

I'm sorry you feel that way. But, if you think it's astroturfing to believe that this is a HUGE mistake on Palin's part, then you've lost touch with reality.

I was a huge Palin supporter, up until about 20 minutes ago. I'm disappointed beyond belief. But, quitting your job is not a path to the Presidency. It's just not.
