While I've little interest in getting in the middle of the Obama birth issue, Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so yesterday and believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question:

What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York, Jakarta and Karachi?

So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?

And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York , Jakarta and Karachi, what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers.

It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20? A : Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under?

A: There are only three possibilities. 1) He traveled with a U.S. Passport, 2) He traveled with a British passport, or 3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981? A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981.

Conclusion:

When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.

If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims.

And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008.

Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

If you Don't care that Your President is not a natural born Citizen and in Violation of the Constitution, then Delete this and go into your cocoon.

If you do care, then forward this to as many people as possible.

Every good question deserves an equally good answer.

These are VERY VERY GOOD questions and this stuff is getting deeper and heavier as we go. Zero is sinking fast

“...So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?...”

THAT is a good question. How DID someone 20 years old come up with that much cash to pay for that kind of trip? More and more enquiring minds wants, and needs, to know.

Interesting angle. I’m not sure how it would be proved or disproved - what documentation would it involve?

Are you 100% sure that Pakistan was on the ‘no travel’ list in ‘81? I heard that same statement months ago, and some Freepers posted that that wasn’t true. Just wondering, thanks.

I received that email as well. I looked up the travel restrictions to Pakistan in 1981. I am of the impression that the restriction was lifted in July of 81.

I am not sure the site I received that information from is reliable or a left wing blog covering for Barry.

Can anyone clear up this matter as to if and when the travel ban was lifted and exactly when Barry traveled there.

I posted this email last week.

I was told the statement below is incorrect

Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981.

I didn't verify it either way.

PAKISTAN WAS NOT ON A U.S. NO TRAVEL LIST IN 1981.

That is false. It was so easy to travel to Pakistan as an American in 1981 that Pakistan was issuing 30-day visas to American citizens at their airports upon arrival in the country. The text of the 1981 U.S. State Department travel advisory can be found on the Internet and on various FR threads.

Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981.

I'm fairly certain thius has been fact-checked and shot down. I don't recall the exact name but in 1981 PAK was on a list of "hostile states" or terrorist states" and Americans were advised that travel there could be dangerous.

” 3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport. “

What passport did Obama use when he and Michelle left the USA
and temporarily moved to Indonesia in 1994 ?
Obama’s sister Maya Soetero-Ng told the NYT in 2008
that Barry needed a quiet place to finish his book.
Hawaii, the Rockies,
the coast of Maine and the Carolinas, Marco Island, Napa Valley, Santa Barbara,
Coronado Island and other US locales were apparently not peaceful enough.
So both Obamas packed up
and moved to Indonesia for a couple of months during the Clinton years.
It’s odd that Barry never talks about his lengthy time as an ex pat in Indonesia,
only when he was a kid.

You know it’s too bad that the person that accessed his passport records was murdered in Washington DC.

We might be able to find out the truth.

He had to go back in 94 to get his “orders” for the destruction of the U.S.

Still, actions prior to the inauguration might throw doubt on any US Passport that might be presented.

Some SOS wonks obtained access to passport accounts (one of which was Soetoro’s) and were disciplined/fired for it...IIRC.

Add that word is out that Obama attended Occidental College as a foreign student with foreign student funding.

Subpoena Obama’s original long form birth certificate to prove natural born citizenship. Subpoena the COLB to compare it to the original birth certificate to determine forgery and coverup.

In addition, Obama’s camp admitted he had dual citizenship up until 1982 when British Kenyan Colony citizenship would have expired if he didn’t sware an oath to Kenya. Question, did Obama have Kenyan citizenship and where did he get Kenyan citizenship in the first place? Probably because he was born there as his grandmother states.

“A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department’s “no travel” list in 1981. “

While being on a ‘no travel’ list, I don’t think it means he COULDN’T, but just SHOULDN’T.

“If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. “

Obama admits he had a dual citizenship until the age of 21, so he wouldn’t have had a BRITISH passport since Kenya wasn’t a british country when he was 20 and needed a passport.

Don’t know about the Indonesian passport.

However, we cannot have misinformation being put around or things that are irrelevant.

THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE ANSWERS MORE THAN THE PASSPORT since those can be explained away.

well, Let’s not forget that Kenya gained it’s independence in 1963.

It is possible that he was using a Kenyan passport

I’m even more interested in the 30+ different Social Security numbers attached to the name “Barack Hussein Obama”.

I’ve also heard (second and third hand info so YMMV) that there are numerous SSNs for one “Barry Soetoro”.
