Nothing new here. Doesn’t establish any footing. This is his signature issue...He didn’t give anyone a big fight. Maybe this fall, will be harder to pass. If he doesn’t pass it he will not have anything left of his presidency.
O’really has a masters from Harvard, but can’t understand a thing the Obama was saying.
