It's been awhile since any high profile politicians or pundits have compared their opponents to Nazis.
So Rush Limbaugh has filled that void today, saying that President Obama's campaign symbol looks like a swastika.
He's got video and graphics up on his web site right now to make his case.
And whenever someone in politics compares the other side to Nazis, the other side is sure to express outrage.
Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee spokeswoman Jennifer Crider:
“Rush Limbaugh’s comparison of the Democratic Party to the Nazi Party in World War II is as disgusting as it is shocking," Crider said. "Limbaugh’s use of the Nazi swastika in attempting to make a tasteless political comparison has no place in the public discourse."

Nancy was right about the swastiska signs at the townhall meetings.
The swastisca’s had those little circles around them with the line thru the miidle in the international symbol for stop.
The point isn’t whether or not Obama is a Nazi. The point is that similar tactics are being used to accomplish similar ends, which is total power - including having a say, through his gov’t health plan, in who lives and who dies.
Obama is an extreme leftist. He is very scary as far as I am concerned, and I am Jewish.
I know of no Jews who served in Hitler’s Cabinet, perhaps you can enlighten me on that. I know Obama has quite a few Jewish Cabinet members and key appointees.

I totally agree with you. Rush is using satire, to fight fire with fire, if you will, in terms of name-calling. But too many people here seem to be taking Limbaugh literally, they seem to think that Rush really thinks Obama and Pelosi are true Nazis. Of course, the whole thing is hilarious . . .

Obviously, Pelosi has been hallucinating about the swastikas. Rush took the 'Rats apart in response, comparing their policies to those of the Nazis in several areas, including nationalized health care. Democrats who live in glass houses shouldn't be throwing (phony) stones.

I’m sure it’s already been pointed out somewhere on this thread, but it’s not a swastika. It’s some other nazi symbol (can’t remember the name) that looks like a dead ringer for 0’s “health care logo”.

The NAZI’s were in FACT socilalists. The name of their party was “The National Socialist Workers Party.”

I seem to remember Sen. Dick Durbin comparing the Bush administration to Nazis and I’m sure other people could give plenty more examples of Nazi comparisons from Demonrat officials so these people really are treading on dangerous waters. The Demonrat party is a party of radicals and it is time for them to have their past and present radical actions thrown back at them.
Another case of what’s good for the goose is not good for the gander! When a conservative states that the big govt, excessive spending, corp takeover, deathcare, and the like are reminiscent of nazi germany, it means nothing! But when a treasonous DUmmy cries out that the opposition is acting &/or donning ideology of nazi germany, then its okay!
Its quite sickening that these criminals that are currently seated in the WH have no other recourse but to fight like sissies!
