Yep, as a kid I use to watch them fly right over our house in St. Louis. I lived about 3 miles from the end of runway 24 at Lambert Field in St. Louis. They also had a distinctive engine sound, almost like a buzz.

I had about 6 hours dual in the Cessna 150 back in 74, unfortunately I had hay fever so bad that I could not keep taking lessons.

Good evening ladies, thought I would hang out for a while at the Canteen before I call it a night.
Have semi big plans for the weekend as I am hoping to get about 400 sq feet of flooring installed at my daughters house.
