Taking something that was initially the province of individual choice -- guided by, of course, the individual Judeo-Christian notions of charity for the poor. You take something initially the province of individual choice, you move it to the ambit of state responsibility on the welfare state theory that it is government's responsibility to redistribute resources to ensure everyone's needs and you finally get the dictatorial control.

It's all about replacing the individual's CREATOR with government! If you take the CREATOR away, America dies and socialism/dictatorial control thrives.

This is why America was founded on Judeo-Christian values because there is no other better way to build a society...(Proven over 200 years) It's about the responsibility and accountability of FREE WILL and the Obama Clowns are trying their very best to destroy what is right and good because they do not want to be held accountable for their illicit actions!

I was running errands and had Rush on the radio when a caller pointed out something glaringly obvious. The caller asked (I'm paraphrasing), "If healthcare, in it's current state, is 'broken' and the government needs to 'fix' it... then why is the government pushing this bill saying we won't lose our private option?"

Can someone help me.

I was listening to Rush today around 1:30 EST. He had a caller who identified himself as one of the “faithful opposition” or something like that.

He spoke for awhile up to the break when Rush asked him why he was contentious and acting like an SOB. Then there as a break and I missed the rest.

Just before this caller Rush talked about having patience and being able to conduct a “Town Hall” type meeting as he does with “everyone”.

I hope Rush didn’t lose his cool with this guy...

CAn anyone tell me what happened?
