I am about 99.9% sure that this was done by the Congressman's supporters as propaganda. Same thing happened at Dingle's meeting. Guy with the racists sign was later seen handing out pro Dingle propaganda once the new cameras left.

Just a side note. I was there! everything coming out of
scotts mouth is a lie. We were there at 10:00 AM.
They said this was a meeting for the road but told us they
would answer questions about health care in a while.
Meeting was from 10-12. went on till 2 and a lot of people
had to leave. No one had anymore questions about the road,
so they opened it up for any questions. First was the DR.
and then one more guy started to ask a question and the
meeting was closed. Mad? yes I am..Sorry for the rant.
