Swedish woman in porn flakes breakfast shock

Ida Riedel Palmer, 23, was left disappointed when what was advertised as a free "body jam" dance CD with her breakfast cereal directed her to a hardcore porn website.

"I chose the brand of cereal because of the free CD. I was at first disappointed but then worried that maybe I had a virus on my computer. I called my boyfriend to check if he had been using my computer, but he told me he hadn't," Ida Riedel Palmer told The Local on Wednesday.

The young woman from Umeå in northern Sweden bought the packet of Nestlé Fitness cereal at the weekend and was left shaken by the nature of the porn to which she was exposed.

"It was not soft porn. It was definitely what I would categorize as unpleasant porn - not that I know much about it," she explained.

Palmer tested the offending CD in two more computers to make sure that the problem was not in anyway connected to her computer and the same thing occurred.

However the CD did contain the material that was advertised; it just came with an introduction that the unsuspecting Ida Riedel Palmer had not anticipated.

"When I put the CD in again the dance training came up. Without the porn."

"But as the problem was clearly not with my computer, it was with the CD, I felt that Nestlé should be informed and I called them."

Nestlé have been in touch and have assured her that they will get to the bottom of the mystery of how Palmer's corn flakes became porn flakes.

Ida Riedel Palmer told The Local that despite her experience she is willing to give the brand another chance.

"No I haven't changed cereal. But I have bought another packet," she said.

“I called my boyfriend to check if he had been using my computer”

- She suspected her boyfriend?

Wasn't she aware that once a woman succeeds in enslaving a man, he automatically quits surfing the Internet for porn:)

Before our own pornography laws were relaxed, the US in the 1960s saw the import of many Swedish “sex education” films marketed to the “businessmen on break”/Times Square market. This led many folks to conclude that Swedes were the only people who could even make sex boring.

“I called my boyfriend to check if he had been using my computer”

I wonder how that conversation went — “please describe the porn to me Honey, slowly. And let me know if you are offended by it”

>> I called my boyfriend to check if he had been using my computer, but he told me he hadn’t

... and we all know a boyfriend would NEVER lie about a thing like that. ;-)

That's better than Sweden's other choice.

- Guess you recall that Robert De Niros character in Taxi Driver takes the lady of his dreams to watch such a Swedish educational film at a cinema?

Anyway, even though I haven't seen any such films in school or elsewhere, there were some other sorts of Swedish porn films made in those days that deliberately were not boring, but quite contrary made to make the audiences laugh.

The most famous one in this genre is Fäbojäntan/Blow The Horn.

However, the Danes made much more of these entertaining soft porn comedies, or what to call them (- most of the girls featured were very beautiful by the way). The Danish “Bedside films” have become rather popular among cinéastes;

Depending on the boyfriend, “Dumb” might be a positive attribute.

LOL! TD is my favorite movie of all time. However, by that time (1975-76) most of what was in the square was true blue American hardcore.

The heyday of Swedish sex ed movies in the states was roughly from 1960 until the early 70s, by which time a series of Supreme Court decisions all but repealed most anti-pornography laws. Before then, depictions of sexual acts were legal in states such as New York provided they were of an "educational" nature.

The Swedes have nothing on the Norwegians.

To wit:

A Møøse once bit my sister ...

No realli! She was Karving her initials on the møøse with the sharpened end of an interspace tøøthbrush given her by Svenge - her brother-in-law - an Oslo dentist and star of many Norwegian møvies: "The Høt Hands of an Oslo Dentist", "Fillings of Passion", "The Huge Mølars of Horst Nordfink".
