Actually, Russian military aircraft are known for their ruggedness and ability to take off and land on unpaved and rough terrain. They are also less complicated and easier to maintain than their western competition.

Where they fall down is their electronics, which are crude, relative to western counterparts.

I’d be as upset as you if these had been Polish pilots. But they were Belorussian. That is a more insane stalinist state than Putin’s. At least they won’t be helping bomb Georgia or Ukraine any time soon.

Looks like an aerodynamic stall to me as well; but I wonder if the pilot was losing it as well; he did a lot of what looked to be high-G maneuvers.
