Murdoch has anted up a seven-figure advance for a book written by someone who can't construct two cohesive sentences together

I would expect someone from NRO not to use Democratic (or Romney) Talking Points. Where's your critique of Osama's Health Care Plan Kathryn?

K-Lo, the frumpy Kathleen Parker of NRO. NRO is going to lose readership in a hurry if they don't purge the Pseudo-Cons.

Yo, K-Lo. HuffPo and Kos are always looking for any Pseudo-Con willing to go all Olbermann on the Real-Cons. Of course, you have to wear one of those ugly Mao jackets and turn vegan as well as only employing words that appear in the CPUSA Acceptable Lexicon of Conservative Bashing ("hater", "racist", sexist", "oppressor", "greedy capitalist", "heterosexual", etc.), but what the hell - it's a living.

IIRC during her speech at the GOP Convention her Teleprompter broke. She continu4ed on with the speech from memory. And even ad-libbed.

Mention that to a lib with PDS and they'll go crazy, foaming at the mouth screaming that it didn't happen.

They have to become more shrill to draw attention away from Charlie Rangel

Actually yes. Talk to an Obama worshiper, they will say, “Obama is so brilliant. He writes his own speeches & books.”

Why does the Left keep going on and on about a former VP candidate? About what she writes on Twitter? They-Are-Obsessed.

They really are. And particularly in the case of at least one of them who is so over the top about it (a certain male blogger who is an enthusiastic advocate of gay marriage) I've almost decided that some of these folks are really working for our side. They HAVE to be.

How else to explain the fact that they're working so hard to boost Sarah Palin's profile? Everytime they run on about her, it drives more traffic to her FB page & it makes more people tune in to hear what she says on TV.

Think about it: if they really thought she was such a horrible politician & loser, wouldn't it be far smarter to do as they did with John McCain whome they also really saw as the weaker candidate - praise him to the hilt & encourage the Repubs to nominate him? If she's such a loser, it seems they would WANT pubbies to put all their eggs in her basket & help cover up any of her flaws now & trot them out for deployment right before an election. That would be the smart strategy, certainly.

I mean, leftists may be misguided & ignorant, but they can't possibly be that dumb, can they? They can't be unaware that the more they rag on her, the more voters are impelled to check her out for themselves & discover she's not the 2-headed beast they say she is.

So thanks Arianna. Thanks Sully! Good job, guys. Your (wink-wink)"former" political party thanks you for your service. We hope your unsuspecting friends on the left don't find you out soon! ;-) Heh-heh.

With one sentence Geoffrey Dunn has completely undermined his point and impeached his self-proclaimed credibility as an icon of intellectual integrity.

It should be noted that Geoffrey Dunn is the guy who accused Palin of plagerizing Gingrich. He is also the guy to wrote an article about “racism” at Team Sarah. For that one he took screen shots of comments left by trolls, who were his pals at HuffPo, so he could write the article. Geoffrey is a pathetic loser who wishes he could get one one hundreth of the attention Palin gets.

Considering it, I think she gives a public face to what is essentially a leaderless, grassroots movement. She gives them something to vent at. When they attack the group as a whole in this way, they come off looking mean-spirited. They even look ugly to themselves in the mirror.

Using major cultural events as "decade markers" rather than just calendar dates, some folks do actually account the part of 1989 that was after the fall of the Berlin Wall as the 90's, not the 80's, i.e., the 80's ended with the fall of the Berlin Wall.

Yeah, maybe, but we were talking about bad music, not geopolitical earthquakes. :-)

Kathryn’s talking about Obama.

Who needs teleprompters to give a simple speech?

Like you, I thought the article was from KJL. Going to the link shows the remarks were from Geoffrey Dunn of the Huffington Post. Her sole comment on the article was: "And Barack Obama wrote every word he'll be reading from his TelePrompter tonight."

“She gives them something to vent at.”

So far, they’ve vented at Limbaugh, Hannity, FOX, Carrie Prejean, Tea Party participants, town hall participants, and even returning war veterans when DHS warned that they might be “right wing extremists.” But, their all time favorite target has, and will remain Palin. She shows no signs of fear of them, and seems to relish their attacks.

I’m hoping for another shot from her after tonights speech by the big 0.

“a book written by someone who can’t construct two cohesive sentences together.”

Either redundant or ignorant: if “cohesive”, “construct” already makes the point. If “coherent”, the writer shows why a thesaurus is such a great tool.

Sheesh...

////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

You nailed it, it struck me the same way, “cohesive” just grates on the nerves in that sentence.

If she’s so stupid and incompetent, what on earth are they all so afraid of?
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Exactly! They must have been wearing depends during the whole George W. Gush administration judging from all the unsubstantiated charges they threw at him. They give themselves away don’t they?

LOL - how ironic. Just next week I was out on a drive and caught a glimpse of Sarah.

I jumped forward to Jan 20, 2017, just in time to see President Palin be sworn in for her second term. That gave me optimism for the future, especially when I saw all of those government buildings with "for sale" signs in front of them as part of Sarah's continuing effort to shrink the federal government. She still looks smokin' in a swimsuit at age 53, but she's most respected for her showing at the 2014 Winter Olympics, when she won the Gold in the Skiing & Rifle Biathlon.

And as last time, the Palin post-Inaugural festivities will include a Field Dressing competition on the White House lawn. She's likely to earn 1st place this time around ... but only if Dick Cheney doesn't show up with his buck knife again.
