It's time for some of us to realize this isn't a GAME, it's a WAR. And unless we gear up, NOW, we've already lost.

Good luck with that. He is in a solid GOP district. Not thinking a bunch of leftwing money is going to help

They did the same thing for Michele bachmann’s opponent after she told the truth on Chrissy Matthews show.

And the RNC ditched Bachmann as well. Hence the RNC will never see another penny from me as long as I breathe.

Just a note:
In 2004, Joe Wilson spent $926,000 to win this District.

And the next election is STILL over a year away.

Money alone doesn’t win elections. If it did, we would have had both a President Perot and a President Forbes.

I'd wager (if I had the money) that only a few percent of those pledges will be followed through on.

You see, Liberals like on the Daily KOS are all emotion, and not employed. They talk about how much money they will throw, but when it comes to write the check, ‘darn, I left my checkbook at home’. They don't spend their own money to do anything - thats why they have unions pick up the bill.

So, sure; now they are all fired up and talking big. But in a few hours they will say ‘golly, that money could be used to buy some show tunes, or some leather boots to impress my boyfriend’. Maybe some fresh potpourri for the living room.

“Could Freepers donate that kind of money to a single candidate in the same amount of time??”

The ones that called bribery, sorry, “campaign expenses”, called them “free speech” are pretty quiet these days.

There is a case in the Supreme Court and the “Republican” justices are going to get rid of bribery, sorry “free speech”, restrictions on the unstated belief they help Republicans more because Republicans have richer business interests bankrolling them. But they are mistaken, Democrats have even bigger corporate backers.

So all the little libertarian moonbats are quiet these days, no money flowing to them to write pro-bribery articles.

So, no, you will not hear much.

Well, Wilson did only get 54% of the vote last time...may be a good idea to watch his back.

According to Rush, all these new donations will do is help Rob Miller retire the debt from his last losing campaign.

“Money alone doesn’t win elections.”

Perhaps, but it sure as hell helps!!

9 of 10 Congressional winners in 2008 were the ones who spent THE MOST MONEY.

I have searched all day to find a link to donate to my new hero, Joe Wilson. Can’t find one.

It’s a little hard to donate without a place to send money.

Anyone have a link?

Let them throw their money away.
All he needs to do is replay “You Lie” over and over again.

He won (as a newbie) by 8% in a bad bad year for Repubs.

With the Dems predicted to be wiped out in ‘10. Those KOS morons are just throwing away money.

Yeah, and in most elections 9 out of 10 winners are incumbents.
