Politics: The senator who called the president a liar and never apologized may have worn out his welcome in his home state. Harry Reid may be riding the liberal agenda into political oblivion.
In 1998, Reid beat John Ensign by a hair-thin 428 votes. Ensign would go on to win Nevada's other Senate seat two years later. Interestingly, Politico notes that Reid's in-state approval rating stands at just 36% — statistically indistinguishable from the 35% approval rating of Ensign even after Ensign disclosed an affair with a former staffer.
Part of it has to do with Reid's rise to Senate minority leader and then majority leader in 2006. His constituents increasingly feel left behind. Sherman Fredrick, publisher of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, wrote in 2006:
"Sen. Reid's undoing came early in his last term when he became a big shot in the Democratic Party and quickly morphed into someone Nevada voters did not recognize — his political girlfriend in the House, uber-liberal Rep. Nancy Pelosi of California."

Which time? I still remember him making a public statement that he hated Bush... I was stunned the speaker of the house would be so strong against the POTUS.
Because the Dems are of the “traffic light” persuasion: Greens too yellow to admit they’re really reds.
That’s good as it has the video of Reid at the start. I’d start showing an ad in NV that included that clip and I’d hope that Rep. Wilson include that with clips of Pelosi claiming that the CIA lied.

As a Nevada with inside info, let me just say Reid has more dirt on him than can be imagined. He will likely get crushed.
Wasn’t Reid the role model for the Nevadan senator in The Godfather?
Two are immigration and also a leftward shift in many churches who educate the young in morals, among other reasons.
They are kind to him. His attendance at college and religious ‘conversion’ had more to do with avoiding military service than anything else.
How a MANLY state like Nevada keeps electing a GIRLIE man like Reid who looks like his family tree has NO braches is waaaay beyond me.
And I have a feeling that this time around they will win many "not so close" ones too-elections that according to polling they have little chance of winning.
The cheating will be rampant and visible to all this time around, because there is no one and nothing that will stop it. Dingy Harry will probably sneak through in a "shocker".

IIRC, there was a question about a large number of college kids from Utah who had just ‘moved’ to NV for school!
