Is Carter right to label Obama row 'racist'?
Former US President Jimmy Carter says much of the vitriol against President Barack Obama's reforms is "based on racism". Why have Obama's policies led to such a backlash?

It would be enlightening for many who get their news from the BBC to hear commentaries by true advocates of liberty about what is actually happening in our country because of the policies of the Authoritarians running the country at the moment.

In fact, in my opinion, conservatives in the media should not be wasting time on this at all. They could spend a few seconds pointing out the absurdities of the notion, and then resume pounding away on the real issues. Even casual political observers seem to be realizing that the only reason this accusation has come up now is because the Lefties know they have been losing the arguments on all the issues.
