I pity Israel.

Actually Wexler is strongly pro-Israel. It is the only thing he votes right on, with his district he has no choice.

From your link:

“Her primary technique? Doing what that county employee did to her that August night. She calls people—state senators, highway patrol officers, regular citizens—basically anyone save for single mothers or abused women—and reads them their Social over the phone.”

ROTFLOL. Why do only women ‘victims’ get special treatment? Typical brain dead liberal....lol.

He claimed his MIL’s home as his Florida residence. It was a seniors only community, so it wasn’t possible for his school-aged children to live there while they were enrolled in Maryland schools.

Great news! Slimy, sleazy, smarmy are all descriptions of him that come to mind. He’ll fit right in with the Middle East crowd. Good riddance!

It’s like a 2:1 Democrat district. I know that Jewish voters are finally starting to see the light on Obama, but I don’t think we can make the seat competitive even in a special election in December or January.

It's not that hard to find out someone's SSN. Maricopa County put their records on-line years ago but never thought to black out everyone's SSN. About 5 years ago, they had to go through ALL of the records and black them out!

I work for a hospital and I'm able to access info like that on every single patient. I'm sure it's the same way with banks, etc. And his aides and assistants in Congress could also easily find out that info.

I wonder what they really had on him....I bet it's a doozy!

Since his party isn’t listed, can I assume he’s a liberal Democrat?

http://washingtonindependent.com/63658/wexler-to-resign-florida-congressional-seat-what-obama-job-will-he-get

Rep. Robert Wexler (D-Fla.), the self-described “fire breathing liberal” congressman, is going to announce his resignation from Congress tomorrow morning, according to the Sun-Sentinel. And the paper adds:

A Democratic source with knowledge of Wexler’s plans said he is likely to take a public policy job that deals with the Middle East.

Oh? Like, perhaps, as one Mideast watcher speculated to me, U.S. ambassador to Israel? An ambassadorship currently held by a caretaker? Wexler was one of President Obama’s earliest prominent Jewish supporters in the Democratic primaries. It might make sense, and having someone as progressive and solidly pro-Israel as Wexler in the position might shake up the seemingly stalled peace process.

Laura Rozen hears speculation that Wexler is going to run USAID. Maybe! But is that a job worth resigning a congressional seat? To be clear, I don’t actually know what’s up here, but when I get confirmation, I will update.

Update: Laura backs away from the USAID claim. I can report that Florida Democratic circles are operating on the rumor that Wexler will be sent to Israel, but nothing else as yet.
