Now that we have seen the demonstrated support of Tea parties both at the local Congressional level and at the level of the Federal government in Washington, it is time to begin Peoples' Tribunals.
These would be investigative at first, with people summoned to give testimony about government wrongdoing and abuse of power - most notably acting contrary to the Constitution.
We can begin with a national tribunal that investigates ACORN and its voter fraud in the last (and previous) elections. Those appointed to sit on these Tribunals would be seriously vetted to make sure there are no plants from the socialist/ marxist government currently in power.
The Tribunals can investigate and then issue its verdict. Since we can no longer trust our court system to protect the laws, and since all legal authority emanates from the people themselves, this seems like the only recourse.
In all seriousness, "People's Tribunals" are already taking place. Glen Beck, every day at 5 PM. I don't think you're ever going to get a better one.

This is a great idea. We need to expose corruption and destroy America’s Communists each and every one and drive them from the land and make them reviled and hated above and beyond all people.

If you go to the site referred to above...american grand jury... you will see the mechanism protected by the constitution to take such action.
I am hoping that we can begin to generate active interest in this because it’s clear that the legislture has no interest in investigating its own members - such as Rangel, the influence of ACORN over the election in Minnesota, and who knows where else there is government high crimes and misdemeanors.
Judge, prosecutor, defense ... all performing in their true roles.
Well, between Local, State, & National abuses they could sure keep busy.
Only the authority of their fevered brains.
And these tribunals kangaroo courts will be just as successful as the American Grand Juries.

Start with the Feds, themselves. Keep the focus on the legislation, keep those that are authorized within the constraints of the Constitution and scrap the rest.
