My suspicion is that there is no long form birth certificate for Barack Hussien Obama II in Hawaii’s Department of Health. That is why they refuse to release the Index Data reference docs for the COLBs depicted online.
Asking for the Index Data Reference should be a slam-dunk for the DoH. The COLBs are online; all anyone is doing is attempting to verify the legal government docs puported to belong to the President. This is not an invasion of privacy as they are already in the public purview. The Index Data provides just his name, sex, and a date. So, if they - the COLBs online - are fraudulent, why doesn’t the State of Hawaii say so and go after the perpatrators?

No one knows what courses he took, with whom he studied, or who paid for it. We do know his mentor at Occidental was a pal of Bill Ayers', and may have passed BHO, Jr. along as a promising protegé for the bomber, who had connections at Columbia. BTW, General Studies is pretty much a walk-in operation at most big colleges. You pay your money, you take the courses, they can accept prior work, or even "life experience," and if you complete the process, you get a degree.

I don’t know. I need to locate the original picture. barry’s glare.... that was when he went to Russia this year I think. I have looked many times for the original photo and can’t find it. It seems to me Barry was looking at either Rahm or Axelgreaseball. I may have it saved, I will look for it. I usually save the original before I crop any photo, but I can’t rule out that this time I forgot. If you run across the originals, please post them. TY

I do know that as a public official and servant to the people, you have a duty to carry out the laws that govern your department.
Ms. Okubo, you cannot escape the duty you have in providing this information to anyone who requests it. According to the referenced statute, you are to provide data to the public pertaining to the vital records of Mr. Barack H. Obama, Jr which you have sent out in public that is NOT true (the NBC) , AND such other data as the director may authorize shall be made available to the public. My request right now is limited to the NBC data on Mr. Obama. If you have other information that you care to make available in addition, please send that also.
Your answer is sidestepping the real question as how Dr. Fukino has come to the conclusion that Mr. Obama is a "Natural-Born Citizen," when many lawsuits are questioning that same issue. You have NOT been honest, as the Communication Director, to answer my question. I am NOT asking about his birth certificate or other of his sealed vital records on file.
I doubt very much that my specific question (the NBC) is available for inspection at the Department of Health’s Office of Health Status Monitoring at 1250 Punchbowl Street in Honolulu.
As a public servant, you have the responsibility to uphold the law in all respects and not cherry-pick what is politically expedient for you or any other public servant. All your public responses that I have seen, up until now, after you have received a plethora of requests, on the internet, you have absolutely avoided any reference at all to paragraph (d). You obviously didn’t want to release Mr. Obama’s index file, but by your own law, you have to. The truth always comes out, Ms. Okubo. You can save yourself embarrassment, if something not more serious, by quickly complying with Hawa’ii Revised Statute, paragraph 338-18(d)…
Dr. Fukino's press release with the NBC's incorrectly wordings are hers (Dr. Fukino's), NOT your AG's. Therefore it is of vital importance to us, the American public, to know how it is possible for her to be misleading the American People on a Constitutional requirement that she is referring to and which is totally incorrect. In other words, Dr. Fukino has already authorized it to be made available to the public, however, that particular statement is incorrect according to the Constitution, and needs to be corrected and answered truthfully

The sentence above I have highlighted in red, does NOT make sense. There have been numerous and still are filled lawsuits where this statement has been challenged as a Constitutional requirement to serve as President. The fact is that Jr's father was a British Subject and later became a Kenyan citizen. Since his mother was to young at the time, 18 years of age and 19 years was required to confer U.S. citizenship to her son, Jr. thereby inherited his British father's citizenship which means he has dual citizenship preventing him from being a "Natural Born Citizen." !
According to IAW Hawa’ii Revised Statute, paragraph 338-18(d), I am requesting information that you have and on what basis Dr. Fukino can contradict the Constitution's requirements, which has been made public, that Barack Hussein Obama is "A Natural-born CITIZEN"?
