Don’t trust Reichert too much, he is one of the few traitor R’s that voted for cap and trade.

Not to mention that in a strait up or down vote devoid of any tricks like is going on here, the senate voted 99% for the war. The Iraq invasion was supported by the American public by something like 80%. This health care has at least 55% of Americans against it.

“Good grief...stealing American’s private healthcare and our earnings for the rest of our lives, our children’s lives, our grand-children’s lives...is the same as taking out Saddam and Sons and their terrorist State after 9/11?
This rationalization is devoid of reality”

Nope. I said he’s doing what his base wants him to do, the same way most other politicians do. while I disagree with what BO and the rest of the dems are doing, I’ve resolved myself to it.

These scum don’t give a rat’s backside about the troops.

President Mau Mau couldn’t even issue a simple statement of condolence for the Fort Hood soldiers without first engaging in one of his juvenile ghetto-thug “shoutouts”.

The congresswoman in the speakers chair looks like she is wearing something from Star Trek.

MediCaid for all?

No, but they will ADD many more people to Medicaid, which is one of the reasons why they absolutely have to RATION medical services...especially Medicare.

Rob Peter to Pay Paul.

McCarthy (D) complaining about kids born without ears that require surgery. She claims that it’s not voluntary cosmetic surgery to medically reconstruct an ear. She is correct in her implication that it’s not voluntary to be born without an ear.

I wonder, McCarthy, will you get the spare ear from an aborted child? Will you get the ear from one of the aborted children this HR3962 disaster is designed to provision?

“Compare that to the tea parties. Real Americans, not rent-a-mobs, people from every strata of our society and both political parties, people who are truly patriotic and are solidly on the side of public opinion.”

Let me start by stating I wasn’t present at the Tea Party, so the only images I saw were from the media. That said it looked about like the anti-war protests. Alot of over the top rhetoric and many colorful signs.

:) - It was probably my misquote. I just heard someone else say it, I think it is: “Cash for Clunkers” program. And, I wasn’t sure who was actually speaking. I thought it was the guy before the TX Rep...?

~ The Federal Government could not even run the “Cash for Clunkers” program, but they want to run health care? ~
