Barney Frank’s new gay attack on hetero/Christian America: ENDA is coming back this Wednesday
The Collins Report ^ | November 16, 2009 | Kevin “Coach” Collins

Posted on 11/16/2009 6:02:50 AM PST by jmaroneps37

The poisonous ENDA is back.

Barney Frank, the champion of gay America, will force a “debate” on the Employment Non Discrimination Act (ENDA) on Wednesday. Indications are it has a good chance of being signed into law. Frank has 189 cosponsors for the latest ENDA bill H.R.3017 and six of them are Republicans.

According to Congressman George Miller: “The Employment Non-Discrimination Act (H.R. 3017), … would prohibit employment discrimination, preferential treatment, and retaliation on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity by employers with 15 or more employees.”

This sounds okay right? Think again.

If gays were discriminated against in the workplace ENDA might be a proper remedy, but the facts don’t prove this charge.

The National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce proudly predicted Gays would spend $800.00 more on leisure travel this past summer than heterosexuals. The same group claims 1.2 million LGBT business owners in America.

Marketing researchers freely admit Gays have deep pockets as they chase after the LGBT dollar in every market.

The Human Rights Campaign web site says about 85% of Fortune 500 companies already have strong sexual orientation protection policies in place.

Annual household income for gays and lesbians for 2007-2008 is $80,000. (communitymarketinginc.com)

The U.S. Census Bureau reports the average American household’s income is $50,233.

So why ENDA?: getting even

Gay lobbyist propaganda and lies aside here’s what will happen.

ENDA will force businesses including schools to hire gays lesbians and transgendered applicants regardless of the appropriateness of such hires.

Since passage of ENDA will establish “LGBT” as a federally protected class there is no way any member of this group who is turned away by an employer could not sue and win using lawyers paid for with our tax money. Criminal prosecutions for failing to hire LGBT are very possible.

Everyday it's a new attack. Anyone who doesn't think we are in a war with the marxists is just not paying attention.

Barney would do well to clean up his own backyard before telling anyone to do anything. He should just continue sitting on his lover’s porch while his boyfriend smokes POT and tends his plants.

Political correctness was designed to silence people from speaking out against the left wing agenda. Good people did nothing to stop it.

Politically correct legislation only protects those who "vote correctly", i.e., those from the left wing special interest groups. This is the consequence of good people doing nothing.

Fight political correctness now, or forever hold your tongues, and forever morn your loss of liberty.

SPEAK UP!

When I have interviewed, or have interviewed candidates; the primary concerns I have are:
1. Can the person do the job?
2. How will this person intergrate with the team?

These are the first and most basic questions a manager will ask before bringing another professional into an existing professional environment. If the existing team is primarily ‘straight’; this law would effectually force the company to adjust to the minority viewpoint; thus destroying the company from within.

Last year, there was this gay guy that applied to work for my business. He was a complete whack job so I didn’t hire him.

A while later, I got a letter from the department of employment discrimination claiming I discriminated against him because of his age and his homosexuality.

I sent back a letter with a copy of driver’s license of the person I hired to show them that he was older than the suing guy. I wrote “furthermore, the person I hired was not only older but was also GAYER than the unhired applicant”.

A month later I got a message that the department dropped the case.

While it’s true that ENDA is anti-Christian, it’s primary goal is to increase the strength and scope of the hand of government in business.

Trust me. Big govt wants more and more power. It’s proven through the decades and by way of its strong support of abortion that big govt is not particularly interested in people.

“How will this person intergrate with the team?”

We know how sodomites will ‘integrate’ with the team if the team is male and doesn’t deliberately putt-off the sodomite.

Sodomites have no intention of keeping it “in the bedroom.” They want it on the street, in the work place, in the schools, in the Boy Scouts, in the Boys Clubs, in Big Brothers, in the Gym, in the locker room, in tanks, in the submarines, in close quarters on surface ships, in the cockpits, EVERYWHERE!

If you hire one he WANTS it in that place. What others around him put up with or don’t put up with will determine whether it ends up in that place.

Barney Sodomite Fag wants legislation that will prevent employers from putting any breaks on or limiting what others can do or sya to prevent sodomites from having their way in the work place.

I once, in the early 90's, reviewed a resume for a man who was in the process of becoming a woman. The resume included a letter from his shrink informing "to whom it may concern" of this process and to please refer to "her" in the female personae.

He was technically very qualified, but I had 2 basic problems with scheduling an interview.

First, I didn't want any man working for me or with my team who would actually consider having his wedding tackle removed. God put it there, and IMNSHO, God isn't in the business of making mistakes. Second, the which bathroom are you gonna use issue.

I kicked it back to HR with a note telling them to solve my second problem and I would schedule an interview. Never heard back from HR.

That’s my theory on the 2 Northwest Airlines pilots who overflew their destination a couple of weeks ago. There was a different kind of “laptop” issue.

As a small business owner (less than 15 employees), this idea of creating protected classes makes it basically unwise to hire someone form a protected class. If a member of a protected class is fired, there is always a lingering doubt as to whether hat person could have a wrongful dismissal case against you.

That’s the reason for all these federal laws and regulations.

Think about this: Congress wants to force companies to pay work hours for someone who is sent home sick. BUT, if I don’t send home someone who is sick, and other people (employees, customers, etc...) get sick, then I can be held accountable to the second group as well. See, you are screwed - the question is, “By whom do you want to get screwed?!?”

I am in the Safety and Security business. As a safety manager, if I send someone home because he is being unsafe, then this “paid time off for sickness” could be used against my company, when I am trying to discipline a safety hazard. And if I don’t send him home and he hurts someone else, then I can be sued by that man/family.

Every one of these laws has a cause and affect that the Feds either don’t understand or don’t care about!

The moral of this legislation?

Never hire anyone attached to a left wing special interest group.

Of course it’s illegal to ask anyone’s sexual orientation on an employment application. This gives the “sexual minority” power over the employer. If the employer turns him/her/it down for a job, he/she/it can cry “discrimination” and the employer has no recourse.

This sort of law is designed to give more power to the “sexual minority” than to the normal person.

It’s obvious that an employer cannot ask about a person’s sexual orientation. However, with the job market clearly in favor of the employer, it has become relatively easy to hire people through word of mouth without public notice. That way, you can pick and choose based on all sorts of preferences.
Along with hiring family, this will become more and more common.
