Unless the evidence that can be put forth concerning his birth shocks the conscience of the nation nothing will change. Lawyers can argue in courts all across this nation about birth certificates, certificates of live birth and the lack of any other supporting documents as well as his campaign to suppress those very documents, until they are blue in the face.
In the end the left has managed to somehow raise the bar on this issue so high that no matter what we roll out it won’t be anything more than a kook conspiracy and whats more insulting is the number of spineless Repubs who have either bought into this logic or have recoiled at the thought of having to fight yet another impeachment of yet another liberal president.

I've seen this substitution of "native born" for "natural born" in print so many times, I'm beginning to think it's not a coincidence.
It's not hard (at least in my mind) for a journalist to get hold of a copy of the U.S. Constitution (hard copy or electronic) to check the correct wording of the requirements for the Presidency in Article II.
I think some nervous editors (who knows who might be looking over their shoulders?) grab the blue pencil and make some last-minute changes to the copy, if you know what I mean.

A deliberate obfuscation tactic, probably ordered by the O administration to their comrades in the state run media. It just makes it more obvious that they are hiding something that they know is going to come out eventually, so they are preparing the ground ahead of time.
They use the words FACT and CHECK, and it’s nothing of the sort, but farther than what it really is.... besides, when they own the news media, they can make up what ever their evil minds want to in their perverted world.

This is an extremely important point that, amazingly, has been totally overlooked by the MSM and even most Freepers. If the COLB proves citizenship then the Obama lawyers would be using it. Apparently they are not. So all of the FactCheckingLibSites of the world have proven exactly nothing.
Keep pounding on this. The BC issue and Sarah Palin and the Rasmussen data has the Obama team running scared.
Big signs needed all around Washington D.C., Chicago, Mew York, Boston, Philadelphia and Los Angeles:
“Barry,why is your birth certificate a state secret?”
“Prove to the American people that you’re a natural born citizen of the U.S. This is not rocket science.”
“Stop hiding who you are.”
“Show us the birth certificate or the job goes to someone who will.”
Why are expensive lawyers helping keep your birth certificate hidden?

When I see what he is doing to Amrica I believe he hates this country and is rying to destroy it. Would an American do that? I have to answer yes, because many Americans in Congress are helping him to do just that.
I am totally amazed that at least ONE "red state" has not already passed such legislation into law. It only takes ONE state requiring this legality to fix the problem. If a candidate refuses to run in that state, it would be "sort of" an admission of guilt.

I hope Cong. Deal asks for his college records (what nationality did he apply under?) and records of his trip to Pakistan (what nationality passport did he use, as US citizens were strongly discouraged from travelling there?)
I’ve thought that too. One reason they would not have introduced the questionable COLB in court is because they have never gotten to that stage. I doubt that his lawyers would enter any evidence before the motions to dismiss are answered.
That being said, I doubt they would ever produce that COLB in a court of law.
1) The State of Hawaii would be called to tell us exactly what that COLB is or is not.
2) If it is fake. His lawyers know it and wouldn’t submit it to the court unless they want to see jail time.
3) If it is unconfirmed application information of some kind it destroys their claim that they have already provided proof.
Right now they have this piece of crap (COLB) they can point to that has no legal meaning. It’s a digital image which means nothing.
Technically, Obama has said nothing about the COLB. If it is fake or incomplete he’ll just say some over zealous campaign worker posted it online.
Regardless, Obama is a usurper if Barack Sr. is his dad but we can’t say for sure that Barack Sr. is even is father. It’s possible that an American citizen is his real father. Who knows? Natural born citizenship might not be his problem. The fact remains. He has a problem of some sort.
He'll be out of office for years before anything is resolved in the courts. That's how the court system is designed - it's merely a money-churn for lawyers and judges.

Yes. Being born to a US Citizen mother makes one a "natural born" citizen whether the birth occurs on the soil of Hawaii, Kenya, Antarctica, or Mars. This obfuscation is thus a necessary component of birtherist nonsense.
