Maybe xcamel is referring to Jim Robinson who is definitely in the “I hate Romney” group from what I can tell.

No his religion is not an issue. The yard-wide yellow streak of liberalism that runs down his back is however.

Should Romney's faith be an obstacle?

No.

But since it makes his supporters happy to say it, instead of having to face his abysmal record on every issue that matters, right-thinking people will be accused of prejudice anyway.

It's ever so much easier to accuse others of hatred than to admit that your favorite candidate comes up embarrassingly short in the morals/ethics/decency departments.

Bring on the accusations.

Shouldn’t be, but judging just by FR during the campaign, it sure seemed to be.

I could care less about his "faith".

It's Romney himself that's the problem.

Glad you’re so willing to help FR become something less credible than the DU with this childish behavior.

Really? What on earth did I say to warrant that comment? Was it because I told you that Jim Rob is anti-Romney?

Shouldn’t be, but judging just by FR during the campaign, it sure seemed to be.

You must not have read very many Romney threads during the campaign. I was hear, and I remember very vividly many posts about Romney's support for expanding abortion rights until it became a political problem and then claiming to be pro-life. I remember a lot of posts about "RomneyCare" the Universal Healthcare program that he signed and that should be held up as one of many examples of why to oppose ObamaCare. I remember a lot of posts expressing concern about his lack of support for gun rights. But the ONLY posts that I recall about his mormonism were from his supporters accusing everybody that opposed Romney of opposing him because of bigotry against his mormonism. It actually sounds a lot like the claims of Obama supporters that anybody who opposes Obama's agenda is just against him because he is black. So please allow me to call BULLS**T on your post.

His religion shouldn’t have anything to do with it as long as he’s from the Judeo/Christian beliefs,

He is not.

Mormons believe their god was a man before he was a god, they believe that if they are good Mormons they will be gods too.
Jews and Christians have an eternal God with no other gods before Him.

Mormons might be nice folks and good business men , but they do not fit the Judo/Christian mold

What is childish about my question regarding the meaning of your "I Hate Romney Cult" comment?

His Mormonism doesn’t faze me nearly as much as the suspicions I have about his politics.
