Obama birthplace attorney files new allegations
Orange County Register ^

Laguna Niguel attorney Orly Taitz had her lawsuit challenging Barack Obama’s presidency thrown out on Oct. 29, but that hasn’t stopped her from filling a new document in the case with a broad array of allegations.

“There was a concerted and a well orchestrated effort by a number of individuals to assassinate my character, endanger my law license and ultimately derail my case against Mr. Obama,” Taitz writes in the document filed with the federal court today. “A number of criminal activities were perpetrated upon this court.”

Ms. Taitz still has her law license? I’m surprised.

"She’s filed a motion to have Carter reconsider the most recent dismissal, while another attorney working on that case has filed an appeal.

Click here to see the document filed by Taitz today. Click here to see the attachment to that document, which is allegedly an immigration forum for Obama."

Why are you surprised? I’m not. Frankly she’s doing one hellova job, and I applaud her!

She’s lived in communism, and she’s fighting for my country!

I am thankful for her efforts and will continue to support her.

Ethnic Code: Equatorial Guinea

What will Carter say about this? This is from the US Immigration document on Obama that Orly filed. The US attorneys have some 'splainin' to do.

I’m suprised because I’ve read the legal opinions that slap her down. You apparently have not.

I don’t think so.

It looks like some kind of internet person search service form.

An online background report? Marital status unknown, but Michelle Obama listed as relative.

The Good Dr. Taiz had better dust off her checkbook, because she’s going to end up writing another check to a clerk pretty soon.

Actually I’ve read them all. And apparently you haven’t, or else you have a reading comprehension problem.

Well, you must be lying, otherwise you would understand that Ms. Taitz, Esq., doesn’t know how to file a brief.

One thing I have noticed is that justice seems to be a game for lawyers. Not knowing how to file a brief derails an entire proceeding. As a citizen I don't have “standing” to demand that a person running/sitting as president meets constitutional requirements. No lawyers have set up a system where procedure is sacrosanct and it is the first major layer of obfuscation of justice. And so many people think it so clever to play games with the system and the people that work so hard to get justice out of it. How smug they are. How corrupt our justice system is.

Yes, she knows how to file a brief. Do you? Ever filed one?

NO, you haven’t.

Get yourself a life...and be rude somewhere out of my face, thank you. See how easy I am?

She is a raving lunatic and is going to end up losing her ticket if she isn’t more careful.

I have, in the same court where she had her rear end handed to her in GA. She has submitted some of the strangest looking, non-conforming pleadings I have ever seen in Federal Court.

The point is that when you are making an argument in court you need to conform to the rules (both Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the local rules of the district court you are in). It's not a trivial point. You want your argument to stand out - by submitting an unfocused, non-conforming series of pleadings and drawing more attention to herself then to her arguments - she weakens her position. I have seen her cite dynamic websites by referencing the URL, as evidence. What's next - Wikipedia? The attached document in this latest effort (the reference to Equatorial Guinea) is no better than that. As evidence, on its face it has no more credibility than a Wikipedia entry.
