I support your tight to disagree with me too. And I don’t take offense either. It’s about finding the truth. I think Obama has spent millions to keep people looking at what it appears he is hiding. I think it is a deliberate distraction just like a Magician would use. While you are looking at the moving hand, you don’t see what the other is doing... in this case, that other hand is the fact his dad wasn’t a citizen and Obama was born British Kenyan and American and therefore never was a Natural Born citizen. I can prove that as well. Its happened before. I am working on that story now. I can’t post it yet. I am working on getting it published.
The territorial laws in effect in 1961 were extremely loose as to how a birth document could be applied for. The birth documentation may be very relevant. You don’t know until they are seen how relevant they may be. As far as his father not being a U.S. citizen, so far in only one case has a plaintiff been found to have standing, and it was dimissed on other grounds going to the merits of the case as presented for failure to state a claim. It deserves watching.

Having talked to Steve & Leo in the past, I would be surprised if those two teamed up on a case.
This all leads to the question of how can Obama be an Article II “natural born Citizen” if he was at birth both a U.S. citizen (assuming he was born in the U.S.) and a British citizen which alone disqualifies him from having that status? But to make matters worse, Obama continues to be a British citizen at a time that he is currently the President of the United States. Can we reasonably conclude that the Founding Fathers, who had just fought a war with Great Britain and who did not want a foreigner to occupy the Office of President, would have allowed a British citizen born after 1789, who carries that status not only from birth but also to the time he occupies the Office, to be President of the United States and Commander in Chief of its Military? Another question is how can a would-be President and Commander in Chief of the Military with current dual citizenship obtain a security clearance which he should have to access classified U.S. government information needed by him to carry out the sensitive functions of that Office?
Hawaii DoH replied to Leo Donofrio that he was denied access to documents dating on or about Aug, 1961, which statutorily admits that they do have them. Otherwise they would have replied, the documents do not exist.

That's not quite right. British law could have it that he was not a British national at birth, and he still would not be a natural born citizen, because he did not have citizen parents, plural.

While that may be true, one need only be a citizen to play (in most) little leagues, or to get a passport. Natural born citizen is more than just citizen, and the short form may or may not provide sufficient information to prove that. Add to the fact that Hawaiian ones at leas are easily forged, and you really need to see the original long form certificate, which also had more information, such as parent's birthplaces , to be sure of natural born status.

I find it hard to believe that the supreme court will continue to punt this down the road. I guess they think it may cause civil war, which is exactly why they should have taken it up before the election. This P.C. crap is going to get us killed or living under tyranny...
