What's Next?

Here are some of the steps I will be taking shortly:

1. On Monday 2 Appellate briefs are going to the 11th circuit court of appeals in GA on 2 cases I handled there

2. Notice of appeal in Carter case will be sent within 1 week.

3. There will be an action in DC

4. there will be a massive campaign under FOIA

5. there will be demonstrations and protests

6. there will be actions in International Courts to expose the violation of Human rights by Obama regime, the tyranny of the Communist Kenyan usurper Barack Hussein Obama and ones who are aiding and abetting him. I retained Mr. Jon Levy, who is licensed in a number of courts, including CA, DC, Great Britain and criminal court of Justice in Hague.

However, if you follow the link to the google docs, the information (copied and pasted from her site) is there as well as the source. Look at the bottom. The sentence starts with: "The preceding information found"

The source is no email. It's her site.

Here is the one if it gets into court that may have a chance of bringing something to the forefront. A birth certificate alone even is valid as HI birth still leaves the option open as to NBC status depending upon how it's defined. Thus the crap isn't going away unless and until the DC Circuit maybe has a chance at it.......

With so many lawsuits filed every day in America, one more might seem irrelevant. There is one however that should be watched, but will most likely escape notice. For a little while at any rate…

Last summer, hundreds of Chrysler and GM Dealers lost their franchises in the Chrysler bankruptcy sale. Many of those dealers vowed to fight what they saw as a heavy miscarriage of justice. It was simply un-American, and shocking to find that something like this could happen here, that the government could take over a private business, and then take that business away from hundreds of private dealerships. Many of those dealers had profitable businesses; in some cases those businesses had been run by families successfully for 50 years, in some cases more.

Neil Cavuto welcomed former Chrysler dealer James Anderer to his show on Fox Business News Daily to talk about a case that has been filed by a group of dealers who lost their businesses in the Washington D.C. District Court. Lead Plaintiff Anderer mentioned a team of legal experts while describing the case to Cavuto, and an anonymous source has named Leo Donofrio and Steve Pidgeon as having been retained by a group of Chrysler dealers who lost their franchise in the Chrysler bankruptcy sale. They have been retained to bring two actions:

1. A motion to reconsider the Court's approval of the dealer rejections.
2. A quo warranto in the D.C. District Court pertaining to Obama and his administration.

This case may initially slide under the MSM radar; however, it may be the single most serious case to be brought against The Obama Administration and the President himself to date.

As you know, as most of us here know...there is no Republican leadership. It's why I will not vote for someone, simply because they have an (R) next to their name. I will no longer vote for the "lessor of the two evils" since that vote will still be for "evil."

Sure, Dr. Orly makes mistakes. We all do. But Dr. Orly is no dummy. How many of us could go to a foreign country, learn 5 languages, establish a successful dental practice, a successful real estate business AND pass the California state bar- one of the hardest in the U.S. to pass?
She may be a ‘mail order’ attorney and not a Harvard lawyer, but she IS an attorney with all the rights and privilages of a Harvard lawyer nevertheless!
The point is; she has the passion, the zeal, the courage of her convictions and the love of America and its freedoms (unlike many of our ‘great’ attorneys and ‘patriots’ who criticize her) that will not let her give up!
She is exhausted. She is nervous. She is frustrated. It is reported that she gets by on 4-5 hours of sleep per night, and her family is very worried about her health- as well as her safety.
She makes mistakes. But she will NOT give up. She will keep on until she gets it right.

Need to read both statements on both days that Sarah Palin said on this subject to get the proper " CONTEXT " in what she meant.....
Her basic statement to Rusty was that the people have a right to question Obama's eligibility and then made the point that they went after her too about her baby.
In her remark about stupid conspiracies, it was more of a sarcastic means to debunk the anti-birthers argument.
She went on to say how they went after her about her baby , that her baby might be her daughters , and when they asked her to prove it, she complied and showed the birth certificate, and asked why does not Obama also show his birth certificate.......
The conspiracy label is more legitimate for those who questioned her than, the legitimate argument to question Obama's eligibility , that is what she meant as " Stupid Conspiracies "....
