I cannot open my family’s eyes to the deconstruction and destruction of our country.

My youngest daughter’s school assignment was trade in early America between three different continents. I suggested the spice trades. She opted for the slave trade. After reveiwing her work I pointed out several omissions, such as the slaves being traded for guns and spices by their own leaders. She told me that it could not be included because her teacher did not teach them that.

Why do people send their kids to public schools, really?

The main reason for most is the money I think. With public skools spending $10-12 Grand per student per year in many districts, that is money taken at gunpoint from real families, and they simply can not afford to pay twice.

Like so many institutions in our country, it is not likely anything short of organized revolt is going to change it.
