A Superior woman accused of holding a knife close to the neck of an anti-abortion demonstrator outside of Duluths Building for Women last month pleaded not guilty to an assault charge today in St. Louis County District Court.
Mechelle Tallulah Hall, 26, is charged with second-degree assault in the alleged Nov. 24 incident.
At her initial appearance, last month, Hall told the court, I know what I did was wrong.
Hall waived a hearing to challenge evidence against her. Judge John DeSanto scheduled Halls next hearing for Feb. 16 with a trial scheduled for Feb. 23.
The defendant is accused of holding the knife within one or two inches of the throat of a 21-year-old woman who was handing out pamphlets on First Street outside the Building for Women.
The alleged victim told police that Hall told her not to come near her. As Hall walked toward the front entrance of the building, the demonstrator said she told her: Dont do this! Fear God!
According to the criminal complaint, Hall walked up to the demonstrator, held a knife close to the victims throat and said, Dont come near me. Stop! The woman said she wasnt hurt by the knife. Police found a knife in Halls purse.
a face that begs to be slapped.
Sheesh, the pic screams of âshe works at the clinic, she doesn’t need to use the clinicâ.
Prayers for Mechelle. She looks like a sad loser who hates her own life. May God bring her joy and convert her.
GUILTY. Throw away the key.
Obama to announce "Tellulah Day" Parade
I see a glint of certain intelligence in that face. I’ll bet she’d do real well finding truffles in the forest.
Porcine ugliness..
It was a case of temporary insanity. For a few moments, she thought *she* was the abortionist.
stoopid gurl
