Islamist terror’s Christmas present to America — a deadly fireball over Detroit International Airport — failed to materialize late Friday morning, but not for lack of ingenuity or dedication on the terrorist’s part.
The incendiary device carried aboard Northwest Airlines Flight 253 by a Nigerian national identified by authorities as Abdul Farouk Abdulmutallab didn’t work as designed — thus sparing 278 passengers and 11 crew members gruesome deaths. But he did manage to carry inflammable chemicals aboard the aircraft — and come perilously close to igniting them.
Just how Abdulmutallab came to be on the aircraft is a compelling mystery. Authorities say the 23-year-old engineering student has claimed ties to al Qaeda, and the Washington Post yesterday quoted sources as saying that his name appears on at least one terrorism watch list.

As long as we have a Muslim President and a Defender-of-Terrorism Attorney General, I think I’ll stick close to home.
We must not profile these ROP types...it would be culturally insensitive and offensive to them if we do so. Far better to let them kill our citizens to show them that we are good people. (barf)

The people on that plane were saved by God ,who once again fought Satan (Allah) to a standstill.
That’s what I choose to believe . Others can believe anything they like.
We are going to need God in the future, because Satan is on the move.
That is what they want. I say what I want and go where I feel like. Well maybe not Mexico or the middle east but there is nothing there I want to see.

My thoughts exactly. I see God’s restraining hand in three prominent plots: the shoe bomber, the Ft. Hood terrorist, and now the pants bomber. The hapless (thankfully) plane terrorists just couldn’t quite get their act together. And the Ft. Hood shooter was at least taken down before he did further carnage. Notice that in each situation, vigilant everyday Americans and a Dutch passenger did the take-downs. We may feel targeted by the pres—ent and Congress, but as common-sense citizens, we have each others’ backs.
Mussies take the bus, leave the flying to the rest of us.
I'm sure in mosques all over the world clerics are at this very moment denouncing this heinous act. /sarc>
The incompetence of Barack Hussein Obama and his Black Muslim Presidency:
1. Obama’s FBI did not alert the ARMY that Maj Nidal Hassan was a Muslim Extremist.
2. Obama’s State Dept did nothing to revoke Abdul Farouk Abdulmutallab’s VISA after Abdul’s father told the US Embassy that his son was a MUSLIM Extremist.
Now this same incompetent Black Muslim Presidency want to manage our HEALTHCARE!!!!!!!!!!!
When I say “close to home” I mean inside the USA. I’m definitely going to DC in the coming year, more than once.
I’m going to add my voice to the protests there.

This Christmas day event really makes me wonder if the bad guys were SUCCESSFUL on flight 800. Richard Reid’s shoe bomb had the potential to blow that aircraft out of the sky, it just did not work properly or he did not set it off properly. BUT could someone “smarter” have been on Flt 800? Sure makes me wonder.
Also, this is another example of the incompetence of government bureaucrats, i.e., TSA.
There are lot more practitioners of the “religion of peace” being educated right now in their indoctrination centers right under our noses.

Here's something else to send a shiver down our spines. Where have all the Muslim men from Islamberg and other Islamic enclaves around the U.S. gone? It's being reported that only the women and children from these camps are in residence. I would like to think that our intelligence agencies are keeping close tabs on the men and their whereabouts but given how badly they failed on Christmas Day I have no confidence at all in B.O.'s politically correct minions.
So within hours they increase airport “security.” What a joke. They harass millions of innocent people because a small number of fanatical members of the Cult of Death are hell-bent on killing as many of us as possible.
Time and energy better spent on keeping the Death Cult members off planes and out of our country.
I hear you friend. I would too but unfortunately we already have a trip booked and paid for to Curacao in Feb. The good news is that we will be flying in and out of Toronto which (hopefully) should be safe(er). Maybe... I sort of wish we were not going but it's with a big group so kinda hard to back out now.
