It’s beyond belief that the mainstream media can’t see the devastating importance of the emails leaked from the Climatic Research Unit (CRU) known as Climategate. The blindness cancels the claim they’re society’s watchdog. Left wing journalist Amy Goodman said when writing about the Bush administration, ”You know governments are going to lie, but not the media.” Now, with a new administration she is silent, proving there are lies of commission and omission.
Most haven’t read the emails or summarily dismiss them because of political bias. Journalist Clive Crook illustrated an open mind, albeit on second look. “In my previous post on Climategate I blithely said that nothing in the climate science email dump surprised me much. Having waded more deeply over the weekend I take that back. The closed-mindedness of these supposed men of science, their willingness to go to any lengths to defend a preconceived message, is surprising even to me. The stink of intellectual corruption is overpowering.”...

I still have some big piles of Glo-Bull-Warming in my front yard, and there's ice on the streets ~ with 10+ more days of record breaking cold coming down the pike.
The current weather patterns of the Northern Hemisphere as a whole suggest there's something going on other than a simple 20 or 30 year shift in regular patterns.

I’m ticked off that my child’s 3rd grade class is going to teach four weeks of global warming.
I would not use the word “failure” in this case. The word implies that the media is trying to be honest and diligent but is falling short. I don’t think they’re trying to be honest at all; I think they’re consciously pushing the “global warming” idea and the collectivist “solutions” to it.

The lie is the weapon used most often by the criminal. These CRIMINALS and their co-conspirators have perpetrated the greatest fraud in the history of mankind. There is not a punishment yet thought of by man to fit this crime. The damage they have caused, are causing, and will continue to cause is incalculable. The damage to young, innocent, trusting minds is beyond comprehension.

I'd get my child out but I'm about to give birth in two weeks and I can't afford to send her to private school this year. What really makes me feel angry is that I feel trapped. I had no notice that this was going on and that it would be covered for over four weeks. The schools in my area have low test scores for reading and math, but these kids will tell you everything they know about the global BS.

Our very own Native Americans (and emulated by some of our illustrious early cattle barrons) employed an ingeniously infernal technique.
They tightly enclosed one inside a wet cow or buffalo hide, then suspended it near a fire, to slowly heat up, simultaneously slowly steaming the contents, while also shrinking the hide, slowly crushing them.
Sometimes, the fire was dispensed with, simply allowing the sun to do the job over an even longer time period.
You need to show up at a school board meeting and point this out.
There is no way that AGW should be discussed for more than 5 minutes with grade school kids. If they don’t know the periodic chart, don’t have a basic biology background, don’t have some basic physics, etc, they have no business wasting time on something so esoteric.

The media is ignorant. The understanding is beyond their ken. The accept it on faith alone and parrot what they are fed.
